It was a dinner meetup with my friends at the pizza bakery. Their rating was pretty high and I wanted to know whether they really deserved it. After my dinner at this place. There is no question about it. 🌶️🍗🍖🧀🍕🍧🍨🍦🍾🍻🍺🍹🍸🍷🥂🥃

🇦Ambience of this restaurant is simply awesome. It provides a multistorey storey seating option available that includes a rooftop. The lights are dim with some nice background music it definitely keeps you active. There is also a nice gate way to a two seater dining table perhaps for only a special date may be. Loved their little connection of art works that are hung on the wall.

🇸Service is excellent, manager of the restaurant Mr. James was very keen in helping things set aside smoothly and guided his subordinates well. Mr Suman was another person who was always there to help us out he used to explain about whatever was being served to us and also the magic hand who put the flammed rum on the pizza. Mr Justin too was very keen and courteous and made us feel warmth.

🇫🍽️What I ate ??? 🍴Stuffed garlic bread classic ➡️ There are few things which become an instant hit by surpassing the pizzas and in this restaurant it was definitely this one. The garlic bread dough was as soft as silk and they truly had the mouth watering wowness loaded in them. It is stuffed with some premium cheese and caramelized onions and tastes brilliant.

🍴Stuffed garlic bread pepperoni ➡️ This was the first time I was eating a pepperoni garlic bread and trust me I was skeptical about it but once I ate, I fell in love with them. The White sauce to compliment along with it goes well. This garlic bread had nice dressing of pepperoni slices in the top and cheese and cream inside them. Truly lipsmacking taste.

🍴AOP chicken wings ➡️ The chicken wings were cooked well, they were served along with a white sauce and were definitely juicy and delicious.

🍴Bora Bora ➡️The Bora Bora was the pineapple juice, associated with the peach syrup and grenadine. It was light and good.

🍴Pink guava ➡️It was the conventional guava juice and nothing much, but it was indeed fresh and tasted good.

🍴Baked veg nachos ➡️The nachos were just above average, yet their presentation was top notch with lots of cheese spread over them and sauce complimenting them as well.

🍴Popos veggie delight➡️This looked fully loaded with lots of vegetables on them. It was quite different as well since it had the burnt rum poured on them. It was quite a unique pizza that I had consumed till date. I loved this veggie delight over the non veg rival

🍴Spicy Goan chorizo ➡️The chorizo was good, it was provided with a big cheese ball in the middle. The Goan chorizo was pretty heavy to the stomach although the sourdough base is light.

🍴Lemon tart ➡️The presentation looked really good, lemon and saccharine complimented each other well and it tasted good. The tart which protected them was pretty hard as well.

🍴 Tiramisu ➡️The national dessert among all the dessert, tiramisu tasted good. The coco flavour could be felt along with the cream.

🍴Nutella mascarpone sourdough ➡️This was the big one among all the desserts I had, Nutella mascarpone was very heavily loaded with Nutella on either sides and some sauce in the middle along with the almond chunks. This will definitely fill your stomach.

All in all pizza bakery is a wonderful restaurant which provides some delicious sourdough base pizzas which are light and soft. The white sauce which they provide goes really well with the garlic breads. The rum flammed pizza is quite unique and definitely one for the page three.

The Pizza Bakery comes among one of the highest-rated restaurants on Zomato, in Bengaluru. Going through the reviews, it can be presumed that this is one of the places to visit for having some scrumptious, and authentic Italian.

So, I was scrolling Zomato looking for a good place to celebrate my birthday with some of my close friends. I decided to go ahead with The Pizza Bakery primarily because Tiramisu is one of my most favourite desserts. And I saw a lot of appreciate comments on the Tiramisu served at The Pizza Bakery. So, with food already being labelled delicious, Tiramisu helped lock the decision. Ambience is quite pretty and elegant. There’s a huge Mona Lisa Wall. Huge and Comfortable seating area. Service is really polite and the waiters suggested some of the best dishes to us. Overall quantities of the dishes were pretty good. Starters: Ordered Cheese balls for veg and Meatballs for non veg starter. Cheese Balls were served with two different sauces on the side. Cheese balls did complete justice to the name, oozing with cheese and the sauces gave a delicious flavor to it. Meatballs surely were the star dish of the starters. OMG one of the best meatballs I have had till date. MUST TRY. Perfect spice level, and the flavor of that gravy was absolutely A1. These also served pita breads on the side. Ordered Olives Garlic Bread in veg and Pepperoni Garlic Bread for non veg. They serve a unique boat shaped garlic bread. It has a stuffing of Mozzarella and caramelised onions on the inside of the base, topped with a variety of topping options. Along with the uniqueness of the presentation and making of dish, taste was also pretty unique. Not comparable to the Italian garlic breads we have at Dominoes, Pizza Hut etc. Garlic flavor was very subtle and those caramelised onions take the taste to another direction altogether. The amount of toppings were pretty generous.

Garlic bread with Olives was pretty good, the sourness from olives beautifully balanced that sweetness from cheese and onions. Although I quite didn’t like the Pepperoni Garlic Bread. This was actually my first encounter with pepperoni, they were very chewy and after a minute of chew I felt like all the flavor was gone, it was a bland piece of pepperoni.

The Pizza Bakery is needless to say known for its pizzas. They serve authentic Italian wood fired sourdough pizza. There are a couple of additional flavor options to play experiment with your pizza like, adding Burrata cheese ball on top of it, or Flaming the pizza using hot rum, called Flambe. We ordered Truffled Funghi Misti pizza.

As flambe experience sounded super cool, we decided to give it a try only in half portion of the pizza. They actually bring rum to your table and put it on fire in front of you. It’s such a cool experience. Well taste wise I’d say I liked the non flambe part. The rum part wasn’t bad but the rum made the pizza kind of soggy. The strong aroma and taste of rum overpowered the taste of pizza toppings. I could barely taste anything else. So, I’d say Flambe is mostly for rewarding to your eyes.

Well The prime of the evening, their Traditional Tiramisu. The moment I was waiting for since I arrived to The Pizza Bakery. Made in classic Italian way, with soaked Savoiardi Biscuits and served with coffee flavoured Ice cream on top. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more delicious Tiramisu. I can very easily say this has been the best Tiramisu I have had till today. Well it wasn’t cheap but worth every bite. Haha..!! My mouth is literally drooling writing this 😋. MUST TRY for...

A food joint in Bengaluru where you can have amazing different type of Italian cuisine with brewed beer and mouthwatering appetizers and desserts alongside the beautiful ambiance.

Service in this restaurant is great with friendly staff and perfect hospitality.

Ambiance of the place is very attractive with beautiful paintings on the walls and they have very comfortable high chairs on which you can sit and spend your valuable time..

Taste of the delicious delicacies in this place was really amazing and had a very different experience with unique Italian flavours..

Quality of the food and beverages were the highlight over here as they use very good quality food products in preparation which can be an added advantage to the customers..

Pricing is not that high and is affordable which is not a burden on the pockets.

We tried amazing food and some of them are Appetizers : Stuffed garlic bread classic which was an amazing starter I have ever had and definitely a must try dish in this place as they have a very unique kind of making this by their chef. They stuff infused onions which gives a bit of sweet flavour too which is very rare in garlic bread. 2.chunky jalapenos and cheese popers gave an amazing experience for our taste buds. Grilled cheesy mushrooms was actually great, as I am not a very big fan of mushrooms, but I liked it..a must try if you are a mushroom lover. AOP chicken wings were really different and never had such thing before in that flavour..so they had some amazing flavour which is really different than what you get in other places.

Pizzas : Popo's veggie delight was an amazing pizza with soft pizza base and with delightful topping which gives an absolute justice to the name veggie delight. Three cheese rocket + Burrata was actually and cheese over loaded pizza with the amazing Burrata and you do not get to taste these things in other places and it is an highlight and a must try dish here.. BBQ chicken pizza was really amazing and definitely a must try over here as they have the special flavour which is a chef special here..

Pasta : Penne arrabiata was amazing with the tangy flavour of the red sauce which really felt like an authentic Italian blend and it's a must try here.. Spaghetti aglio olio pepperoncino had the beautiful blend of Italian flavours and was lipsmacking.

Desert : Nutella and Mascarpone Sourdough was just like how they had served garlic bread but with some amazing Nutella and topped with almond slices.. Tiramisu was served with coffee ice cream which was amazing and fantastic.. German upside down apple cake was beautiful with small cut pieces of apple and the best part was the cinnamon which gave an great experience. Coffee Ice cream was an real highlight over here as I had never tasted such coffee ice cream before and it was really amazing .

Beverage : Strawberry cheesecake shake was beautiful with its thick consistency and good presentation as well. Virgin Cosmo Saint Martin's crafted beer was amazing and I tried wit beer in that..
