Doesn't seem like they are very interested in dealing with customers. Took me 3 days to get a quote from Mr. Mohan. Literally begged him to send me rtgs details so that I can confirm the order but it never happened. I guess they don't entertain small orders (mine was at least 700-800 kgs) . They Could've just told me straight away I could've saved...

Really thought they were a good firm to work with, but very Unprofessional at work. You tell them specifically to send you lengths close to 20' long, they sent me lengths of varying sizes, as short as 16' ( see it in the photo ), couple of lengths were bent too. Totally messed up mine structural design.
