Kanishk joined Klay (RMS) when he was 1.4 years old. He is now 3.3 years old and loves his school, day care and friends.

This was not the same initially, he was cranky, clingy and flustered in the beginning when we began with the day care, but thanks to the teachers, care givers and all the other staff who have been nothing but supportive in making Kanishk feel loved and comfortable. It took him around 2 weeks to get settled and there on there was no looking backwards.

Kanishk is a hyper active kid and I am a paranoid mother, but team Klay will leave no stones unturned to make you feel at ease. I was out for a month on a business trip. Team Klay has supported us amazingly during that time as well. Their uninterrupted live streaming is again a big plus because I can monitor him the whole time from anywhere and believe it or not, such things bring a lot of peace to a paranoid mum! The food that Klay provides is nutritious. Kanishk has been eating Klay food for over 1.5 years now and it has worked well for us.

Apart from taking good care of my son, Klay also focuses on all round development. He has learnt and practiced good manners and virtues here. He has developed many social and verbal skills that he may not have, if he would not be a part of Klay. I have been often asked which school Kanishk goes to and I say it with a lot of pride that he goes to Klay.

This thank you note is to each Klay member. Today Kanishk is the way he is because every single day you have been kind and patient with him. You have taken time to understand him and let him develop at his pace.

1 )My 7-8 months was force fed while crying and while being rocked in a reclined position. ( I have a video as a proof) Not just my baby many were blanking rocked till they cried it out...got tired & slept. I saw this on my initial 3 days visit inside the daycare because the class teacher Ganga mam was absent those 2-3 days. When I raised a concern of babies crying 2-3 hrs conti, i was told they know how to manage kids & I only dnt look confident, which can be a problem . I had given the money so i gave it a shot.

2. There were many instances were my baby wasn't visible on Any cctv , had to leave my work n search from one screen to other. Later I called 2,3 times & e-mailed, I was told he is sleeping. I don't understand WHY is there an area in room which is not visible in the cctv & why was my baby sleeping there?

We believe in equality & my husband takes equal care of my baby. My office did not have a daycare & his premises had Klay. My office was 10 km away. I was allowed to come & feed the baby but I couldn't, and my husband wasn't allowed to meet him at all. Not fair.

Though I am really thankful to Apoorva & Ganga mam for being sweet & loving to my baby, overall I was very unsatisfied. I had to quit my job within 3 months, because if a renowned name like Klay is like this..i don't know...

Our son (Thinkers group) is going to Klay , Mindspace 2B from last 3 months. I really liked the approach of the teachers and helpers in Klay towards the kids. I have heard many good things from friends and colleagues about Klay, and now I have been experiencing it. The Center is very clean and hygienic, which is my first expectation as a parent. The learning activities and curriculum is very engaging to the kids and helps in overall development of a child. I see my son enjoying the activities there. CCTV live access is provided by the Center, which is helpful for the parent to monitor the kid. To be frank in the initial days we used to check the cctv very frequently, but on seeing the care they take for the kid they have build trust within us. The food provided by Klay is good and is balanced . The staff in the Center are very approachable and interactive and are kind and gentle towards children.Our son enjoys going to school and is happy. Thankyou to all the teachers and helpers for taking good care of our son and helping him grow better. I recommend Klay as a best place for the early development place for a child and a place we can trust on. Thankyou Klay...
