The food was amazingly good. The best find of the restaurant was Taptan Roti and Hyderabad Chicken, however the chicken gravy tasted different each time but the chicken was perfectly cooked, moist and soft, that was the best part. I did notice that chicken dishes tasted better with different kind of roti and mutton tasted better with rice. The Jeera rice was the best ever I have ever eaten with curry patta and green chilli, i can eat it everyday. The prawns were perfectly cooked, not being a fan of sea food, i kind of devoured the prawns so for sea food lovers, it is a must snack. The zafrani tea is a must in the store downstairs, you can ask them to put less sugar. Cons: It was disappointing that most of the kebabs were not available specially in mutton nothing was available in all my visits. Unregulated pricing practices here. I was proactively offered water bottle. Mind you, it is the Rs 60 (750 ml only) bottle and I asked the server place it on the table and wanted to open it only if I feel like I need to use water as I had ordered aerated drinks anyway. At the end of my meal course, I requested the server to not add water bottle in the final bill as I didn’t use the water bottle at all and asked him to take it back. Hell broke loose when this request was made. All of a sudden, the server changed his tone and bluntly said that the water bottle can’t be returned. What kind of a billing system they run where they can’t modify the final bill. I realised that the restaurant was making money on Smart Water branded bottles. I had to ask for two different supervisors to get it sorted. What an inconvenience! Customer service down the drain!
