I visited this service today with lot of hopes that this is the best service center as per few friends suggestion... Regular service and service person is also good..
BUT body shop person (I do not want to name that person here), he won't listen to customer who's dressing is average or if your car is not latest crysta or fortuner... He will just start writing something and ask you to sign and he will call once done, in between if you call him he will irritate and says I told you right after 4pm?, I said okay sir I will wait for your call.
I waiting for his call and he called me asked car is ready please come and pay the amount..I said I want to see the car, i gave for small mirror painting, it was so pathetic work....I was shocked to see his work and the attitude he was showing, I call him manager and said look this can be done out side for 2000/- just because of Harsha brand I came here and your staff was sooo high attitude he didn't even listen what is the customer problem and he said today is festival so come on the other day...
My question is if you cannot do it because of festival why did you open the store and spoil my car? Why did you took the appointment for service then?
He also said since painting was done just sometime back, please don't touch it...I was surprised if I don't test it how do I know if the fix is done or not? If i drive in traffic it will pickup dust and that will look ugly forever, he says nothing will happen, I don't understand his way of talking... nothing will happen means what?
Atleast manager understood a customer problem , at least he is helpful...but the damage cannot be replaced. Please be more cautious on body shop before visiting here..I wasted my 9,000/- for this guy today, I wish I could have given to that security people atleast they will enjoy this sankranti...

Being one of the best process oriented company (I have worked in TKM... so, I know how good they are with the process) the same not being applied every where.
I have waited here almost 30 minutes just to pay the bill..... As software (maintenance is running) is not working on one of the busiest day in a week (Saturday).
As my billing is done on Friday (fortunately) I came out with less time, I have seen customers are waiting for hand written bills get completed, which is ridiculous (why can't they do a software maintenance on night, even though it will take more than 12 hours to complete there are ways to do it, with out effecting users).
On their busy day they are operating with under staffed (I have attached a empty seat from billing area)
After paying the bill I have been waiting since 40 minutes to get my car out (I am writing this long review using my mobile while waiting for my car. So, just understand)
I got thirsty and thought of drinking some water, but there are no disposable glasses. Photo is attached.
Harsha Toyota: Others like Hyundai (I own Hyundai car) are much more efficient than you, while operating under small roof when compared to you. On their utmost busiest day I have waited max to max 30 minutes to get my car into my hands including billing.

Actually it is open Fact that it is not a servises to discuss at this platform.
It is a bank for Neglected staff. I Could not expect this kind poor response and negligence by the highly reputed brand like TOYOTA.
My experience:- I was interestedin buying one car, which given add in olx.in and quoted 4.75 lakhs with 1.65 lakh kilometers completed.
My friend sent request for 3.6 lakh the car. They said okay and cone to visit and discuss.
After going to show room. One of the staff showed the vehicle in Yard.
There the watch man didn't allow for train without gate pass. And the staff asking not ride speed in side yard. Then how the buyer will test the car.
Aftet visiting car, he said the price to be discussed with his senior. In the show room even staff not wearing ID cards properly to see their name.
He asked me what is your offer I told mine 3 lakh then he said 4.4 lakh last. I said I was quoted okay for 3.6 lakh now you are asking 4.4 lakh final.
After that there is no response from the staff.
I left the show room.
Observations:-
Whenever you visit for any car or show room there will be entry that what vehicle you are interested and offered price and your offer will be recorded. Incase not moving highly quoted person will get call.
Here no entry for any kind recorded.
Then what is the transparency in dealing this kind of business.
Being high brand If they are not able to maintain properly . What about new vehicles...
