Cream Stone Lounge — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Except for the food taste and quality every thing about this place sucks. Worst customer service ever !!

Firstly they don’t have space for valet.So they cramp your car in a line and everytime anyone wants to leave in that line the valet guy either comes and disturbs us on the table or else the waiter rudely asks us to remove the car. Literally we were there for about 20-30 mins and they kept interrupting us several times.

Then coming to the ambience that seemed fine but the A/C in the corner doesn’t work or they don’t turn it ON. The sheer amount of attention given to painting the A/C to match the walls atleast if even half the amount was spent on the utility of it, it would have been great.

Now coming to our star, the waiter please note his name “Abhiram” if you ever want to be ill treated or spoken to be rudely then all you need to do is run to this cream stone branch and get the services from him . Honestly speaking I don’t know what his problem was, he just was being rude for absolutely no reason. Worst customer service. He had an attitude for no reason, everything from his body language to communication to customer courtesy he somehow managed to fail in all the fields. Not sure why they would hire someone who would just be impolite to customers .

Highly recommend you to order the ice cream home rather than spoil your day with such...

Ill share my experience, We have entered the store at around 10 pm on Friday 29th August 2025 to buy a cake, There is one overacting guy who welcomed us and he kept irritating us and other people at store as well. Don't know his name but he is wearing around 20+ bands on him. Later we asked him the price of the cake and he mentioned it around 500+ taxes and we asked him to pack. Post 15 min when we went to check the status of the order it is still not assigned to anyone and that overacting guy is chilling with some youngsters who visited the store. Then when we ordered it again in the counter other person mentioned the same cake price as 799+taxes, When we asked the overacting guy you said that it is 500+ taxes he simply said that sorry it is my bad it is 700+ taxes. Because of him we just waste 30min of time on a precious day of us and got a very bad experience at creamstone. Hope you take it serious and put right people at...

We have tried variety of their offerings, including Cassata, Ice Pop, and Belgian Bliss ice cream dessert.

Starting with the Classic Cassata, I found the taste to be decent, although it didn't particularly stand out.

Unfortunately, the Ice Pop was a bit of a disappointment in terms of taste. It didn't live up to my expectations.

However, the real star of the show was the Belgian Bliss ice cream dessert. The chocolate ice cream flavor was absolutely amazing, and it left me craving for more. It's definitely a must-try!
