This would be the place where royalties would have been served!! I mean, one is forced to think about the way royalties lived merely by dining here. Amazing experience! Watta view!! Adding a bit of fairly moderate to good climate, this place leaves you with surreal experience of dining in the skyline. Away from chaotic civilization. Relaxed environment. The menu was very limited. We had veg options started with dahi anjeer kabab which had a very ordinary taste and presentation. Moved to paneer makhani and assorted breads. The taste was very average. Quantity was very much sufficient for a population of 3. Ideal spot for a candle lighted evening. It needs pre booking on call (which we did from the entry gate itself 😂) The restro is an escape to experience the night view of grand Mehrangarh fort and the city of jodhpur (tho the fort closes for tourists at around 5pm) Waiters treated us like royalties and were more than willing to click pictures for us. Wonderful experience to dine on the terrace of Mehrangarh Fort. The night time views of the city from basically the highest point in the heart of Jodhpur, are incredible and mesmerizing. Entry there is only by reservation and they typically do not accept walk in due to their limited seating. It is advisable to preferably book a day in advance but they can accommodate same day bookings too if seating is available. They only have a dinner service which starts form 7pm onwards.

It's something to sit surrounded by centuries of history under the open sky full of stars...all the wars n love stories flash by u n put u in certain meditative state...though there can be lot of usual additions which can vastly improve the experience, for example, some light Indian classical instrumental music...the terrace is absolutely bare except the required chairs and tables, some plants would definitely help liven up the otherwise heavy energy...the menu does not have regular things like soups...and no alcohol too...it should be definitely added, atleast the soups...food is passable, but service is impeccable... lastly, don't go without a shawl, it gets quite...
