I've been visiting Forum Mall Kochi ever since its inauguration, and it remains one of my favorite destinations in the city. The mall offers an excellent blend of shopping, dining, and entertainment options that cater to a wide range of interests and preferences.

One of the standout features of Forum Mall is its diverse array of shops. Whether you’re looking for electronics at HP World, groceries at LuLu Hypermarket, or eyewear at Lenskart, you’ll find it all here. The variety ensures that you can accomplish a lot in one visit, making it a convenient one-stop shopping destination.

The dining options are also impressive, with Artiste Restaurant being a personal favorite. The food is consistently excellent, and the ambiance is delightful, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a meal after shopping. The rooftop pool is another highlight, offering a refreshing break with stunning views of the city. It's a perfect place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the mall.

For those looking for a luxurious stay, the attached hotel at Forum Mall is an excellent choice. The rooms are well-appointed, and the service is top-notch, making it a convenient option for out-of-town visitors or those looking to enjoy a staycation.

Forum Mall is always buzzing with activity, hosting movie screenings and special events that add to its lively atmosphere. However, the popularity of the mall means it can get quite crowded, especially on weekends and holidays, which can sometimes make the shopping experience a bit hectic.

While the mall is generally well-maintained, there have been a few instances where certain areas could use more attention in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. Parking can also be a challenge during peak hours, and it would be great if the parking management could be improved.

In terms of pricing, some shops and dining options are on the higher side, but the quality justifies the cost. Despite these minor issues, Forum Mall Kochi is a fantastic place to shop, dine, and relax. The variety of stores and amenities, combined with excellent dining options and a luxurious stay, make it a top choice for both locals and visitors. I’m giving it a rating of 4 out of 5, and I look forward to many more visits...

The first mall from the Prestige Group in the state is located at Maradu and was opened to the public on 19.08.23. Spread across an area of 6,50,000 square feet, this mall offers an interesting alternative to the revamped Centre Square Mall and the monolith among malls - the Lulu Mall. The parking facility is unique - apart from the limited space available on the ground floor, the other multi-level parking spaces are accessible only via a looped pathway that will either induce dizziness or bring back memories of the parking lot scene from Tokyo Drift 😜. The bottleneck at the entry has now been addressed.

The entrance from the multi-level parking parking lot to the mall is via a long hallway and you enter the mall on to floor 2F (the third floor from the ground floor). The Food Court is on this floor and also has stores that sell Women's Wear. The floor 3F now also has a movie hall (PVR) and the Meen Restaurant (Chef Pillai). Gokul Ootupura and The Punjab Grill are now open at the food court. The remaining floors have various fashion and lifestyle stores including a Homecentre outlet. There are various promotional schemes running in most of the stores. The ground floor houses the Lulu Daily Hypermarket. The leaf motif is present everywhere and I guess is a nod to the greenery of our state. The mall also brings in new amenities - the contactless soap dispenser and taps in washrooms are a first. Even the pathway leading to the washrooms is so tastefully done that you will find more people taking selfies in front of the washrooms than the atrium, probably a first for any mall. Open from 10 AM to 10 PM, the Forum Mall Kochi is a must-visit destination if you are in town. Apart from the free parking (which might change in the near future), the sincere and dedicated parking lot and lift attendents are the USP of the mall. The complimentary cab service from the lift lobbies to the various parking levels is a boon, especially during peak days like the weekend. A car wash service would be the icing on th cake, hopefully would be...

🛍️ Forum Mall, Kochi – A Premium Shopping & Lifestyle Destination Forum Mall is one of Kochi’s newest and most visually impressive malls, offering a modern, spacious, and well-maintained environment for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Whether you're here for a casual visit or a full day out, the mall delivers a world-class experience.

🛒 Shopping & Retail Hosts a wide range of national and international brands including Marks & Spencer, H&M, Calvin Klein, Armani Exchange, Tommy Hilfiger, Superdry, Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, and more. Stores are well-stocked and organized, with friendly staff and a relaxing ambiance. However, limited options for kids’ party wear was a noticeable gap.

🍽️ Food & Dining The food court is vibrant and diverse, featuring KFC, Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, Kerala cuisine, and dessert counters. Premium dining options and standalone restaurants offer a more refined experience. Seating could be expanded to accommodate peak hours.

🎬 Entertainment & Events PVR multiplex with the latest Bollywood, Hollywood, and regional films. Gaming zones, play areas, and live events add to the lively atmosphere. Holi Fest and other seasonal events are well-managed and enjoyable.

🧼 Facilities & Ambience Clean interiors, spacious walkways, and elegant architecture — especially the futuristic roof design. Baby care rooms, wheelchair access, and clean restrooms make it family-friendly. Security and staff are polite and professional.

🚗 Accessibility & Parking Ample parking space, well-organized but paid. Located on the Ernakulam Bypass, easily visible from the highway. Distance from city center may be a drawback for quick visits, especially for families with young children.

⭐ Final Thoughts: ✅ Excellent for fashion, food, and entertainment ❌ Location and kids’ wear options could be improved 🌟 A must-visit for a premium mall experience in Kochi

Forum Mall is a vibrant addition to Kochi’s retail scene — perfect for a day out with family or friends, offering everything from luxury shopping to fun events. Highly...

A good place to hangout with friends and family. It will be better once remaining shops are opened. But real problem lies in their planning of lift access for Lulu hyper market customers. The hyper market is actually located in the basement and we got our car parking on the roof top, i guess it’s on 7 floor. We took steps to go down as the lift was very very busy. After roaming for some time, I purchased some groceries for Lulu hyper market and went near lift, but trolley was not allowed to go in. (Initially they allowed it, but stopped due to rush) So, I carried my bag. Now the next issue, the lift I got in will only go up to 4 th floor. And as advised by the lift operator I got down on the 2nd floor and walked to other side(approx 130-150m walk) to catch another lift that goes to roof top. When I was nearing to the lift itself, I have seen huge crowd, mostly senior citizens with their grocery bags was already waiting there. And from their words I understood that they were waiting for the lift for last 10 minutes and it is not stopping as the lift operator from inside is operating the lift movement. By the time, some of the people taken the steps to go upstairs. And since my parking was on 7 the floor I decided to wait, after waiting for 5-7 minutes luckily the lift got opened in front of us. That was only because of a couple, they needed to get off at the 2nd floor. And all this time I was carrying 14kg+ groceries. They need to address this issue asap. Otherwise, I don’t think anyone will shop from Lulu hyper market second time. I felt very bad for the seniors they got forced to take the steps after waiting for more than 10 minutes.
