Nilambur Furniture - Kochi — Attraction in Kerala

Nilambur furniture is an online shopping fraud. For order I paid full money of 58,500/- for a king size bed but never received any product or any information from Store and I never received my money back. I have started formal online shopping fraud complaint with appropriate authorities. I will sincerely suggest to avoid any kind of financial transactions with them. It is just not a bad experience, but neither will you get the booked product nor you will get your money back. Before booking order, I called at the WhatsApp number provided on website, and it was confirmed it will be delivered in 15-20 days. It has been more than 40 days. Earlier they said they will share photos of finished product, then they said it is dispatched to banglore. For last 10 days, every 2-3 days I will get a call from some number and they will guarantee it is dispatched from banglore and I will receive in 2-3 days. Again after 2-3 days I have to call to know, it will be dispatched from banglore with a new delivery partner. Every time I will just get a new screenshot showing it is picked from banglore with a new pickup date. They have never shared any delivery tracking, for me to track. It is just a screenshot. 6 days back over phone they confirmed to refund my money, but I never received refund or product.

Edit -1 Finally product was delivered. Even though I have been asking for refund and they committed if it is not delivered by date they committed they will refund money. Delivered product, there is chip off at multiple places, I guess in transit. Product has fabric, and during unpacking, marks were there on the fabric, I guess due to improper handling by delivery. I assume to save on money, cheapest option was selected for delivery which doesn't have experience on proper handling. Immediately at time of delivery I called furniture' delivery incharge and shared photo. They said they will send carpenter within 2 days. But as usual, it's 5 days and no info or update from their side.

Edit -2 Thanks to online community, because of this post, I was contacted by someone claiming to be incharge and mentioned a new and complete different story from what earlier other people have said and mentioned they don't need my money. We had shifted to a new house in Pune and were looking for simple wooden furniture. We were looking for something that is both sturdy and elegant. During our search we came across Nilambur in Kochi that was giving home delivery across India. We always liked the Kerala style furniture so thought of giving a visit. We went to Kochi store to take a look at the overall quality and craftsmanship of items and had liked it. We got a quotation of articles we wanted. Once we got possession of the house we made a visit to finally order. 
Prabin, who was helping us at the store was a gem . He would understand our requirements and give valuable suggestions. For customised furniture , we would get it designed on the spot . He would also give us cost effective suggestions and was keen on providing options. He would patiently explain in English to my husband who is a non-Malayali. From the time the order was placed until we received it, he would send us frequent updates and photos. This assured us that the order was well understood and there were no last minute surprises. The packaging was very good. This ensured the furniture reached us without any damage inspite of the long Kochi-Pune route. We were a little tensed because this was a big order and neither we nor any of our acquaintance had any prior experience with Nilambur. However, when the furniture arrived, we were spellbound as it looked more beautiful than what we had imagined. The store owner Tijo was also good guy. When we were trying to negotiate on the pricing, he had assured that the quality of products will be top class and he stuck to his word. Excellent item received from Nilambur furniture shop. Appreciated Nilambur Furniture for their assistance in choosing the items. Also they arranged one of their personal to visit our flat and measurements taken for delivering right product and later on they send drawings with measurements and pics as how they look like after placing. Strongly suggest all customers to take from here as price will be compromised, very well guidance for choosing the right items, quality products etc.

But they never compromise on product quality as they always deliver only good and valued ones and also keeps only quality products.
