Never go to such theaters especially this one. Very bad behaviour of the staff present at the theater. Not at all coorperative and supportive. Is not at all responsible for thier own actions. The incident was....while i was there at the theatre...an old man not well dressed came by aking for some money to have food my partner said yes and was ready to hand over the money...then the man suddenly changed his mind and said he had 250 rs with him instead can he buy a ticket for the movie balti. He said yes and paid the money through gpay and the cash that the old man had was given to him. We then went for the movie. Once hhe movie was over the two old men came over and asked for the money back...not knowing the context he asked what the problem was and the man replied " that the money u payed wasnt recieved was not credited is what the person in the ticket counter said " he went and asked them showed them the credited amount of money they said they had to check bank transaction and never did while the proof of the money sent was ryt in front of him. The two old men in anger and rage they started yelling at my partner behaving in a very disrespectful way. No one in that theater and no athorities even the security man did not respond to this action when it was clearly the theaters problem. The two old men didnt allow us to take out the car from the theater. When my partner entered the car one of the person litterally went and sat inside the car without permission still no one came to help. As soon as i saw this i saw a person who was managing the cars over there and asked him whether he was someone of the theater he said yes. I asked him to help atleast and the response he had is " i will help u take the car outside u can manage them outside the theater surroundings" . This kind of response when the theaters side made a problem for its customers regardless of the dressings sense is way too bad and unacceptable at this point. Litterally no one shows to help out. The next thing that happens is they let us out of the theater but as soon as they did that the old man tried to pull out our side mirror when that wasnt successful he twisted the wiper arm caused damage to our property. The authorities in the theater was supposed to take on the responsibility of the loss that created to the old men and due to thier fault the old men raged up and caused an issue to our property. Such actions by the athority is unacceptable...

It is one of the old movie theatres in Kochi, which has been renovated to adapt to the changing face of city life. The theatre complex has two screens, S1 in the first floor and S2 in ground, infront of entrance. Parking lot is provided in the semi basement space, but will not be able to accommodate more than 100 or so bikes. Car parking is very limited and you should arrive very early for two reasons: to avoid rush and traffic and to get a spot. The security personnels there guides you to parking spaces available. As the building is situated infront of a road with heavy traffic, once the movie time ends or just before a show starts, there occurs a traffic congestion. The theatre screens have ample space and have balcony (Gold). The picture quality is good as is sound quality, but the screen size need to be increased. Online booking system requires you to get a hard copy of the ticket, which can be obtained from the kiosk at the left hand side inside building entrance. Traditional tickets can be purchased from the box office at the right hand side, inside compound, outside building. Theatres need to improve in terms of sound and picture, as well as setup measures to avoid contamination of air inside theatre as well as provide better parking spaces for better experience. (Parking is non chargeable currently) The snacks bar is very good and has a limited variety of items to...

A good theatre which comprises of 2 screens

PROS SCREEN 1 is very good Crisp clear and amazing visual experience and loud and great sounds Relatively low ticket price (₹160-180) Near to metro station

CONS Screen 2 was a below average experience Seating in this screen is the worst Seat rows doesn't have height so our view will get blocked because of the the seat in front and peoples head(Sometimes it feels very irritating ) Comfortability of the seats are also very average Since there is block in our view due to lower height of adjacent seat rows we can't sit at full reclined position The screen (projector)often has a blueish shade when a dark scene appears which for me personally is very badd experience Compared to other theatres in kochi padma provides relatively less parking space

Overall Screen 1 provides great experience While Screen 2 is a mess I would never go watch a movie in screen 2 of...
