Naturals Ice Cream — Attraction in Mumbai

Very bad I wanted to give zero star but there was no option that's why i have to give one star to tell the truth about this place,first of all pls naturals take action against these creep in this staff over there are so rude they don't even let taste the icecream flavours comfortably,they behave so much rude and arguing with us when we ask to taste different flavours I've just tasted 4 flavour and paid them for my ice cream after then when I asked them to let me taste just 1 flavour they started arguing with me such a bad outlet of naturals worst place soo rude not worthy even after paying thousands.....pls don't go in this outlet such a worst...

This star rating is for the staff names DEEPAK. He was very rude. This was not a first time at parlor. He was not welcoming at all. Getting irritate when you ask flavors to taste & the scoop he filled in my cone was not upto the mark. The quantity was less. When I told him "sir, this looks quite empty, aapka scoop proper filled nahi hai" he started making faces & said something bad word which I couldn't hear it properly but I'm sure it was something bad. After I pay n leaving from parlor again he said something. Being a genuine customer, My kind request to the company to look into...

The staff is very rude the manager is also very rude he acts very irritated when customers arrive they don't let you sit even if you spend more than 500 on their food and services after hardly 10 15 minutes of sitting they come up and say please leave we have to clean and then they don't even clean the staff comes back down and starts joking and stuff they are very rude with the worst service and staff they even close the ac if we sit for long time and if we talk they tell us to stay quite and not make noise as if we are...
