Amber Tours Pvt Ltd — Attraction in New Delhi

My friend (mike Evans) booked our entire southern India (Cochin, Alleppey, Munnar) through this company. The communication during booking was great as his family had used them in the past but once we arrived, we experienced the worst customer service imaginable. Also note that the pdf we received pre trip was great as it outlined our entire itinerary but we soon realized that it was not matching to our flights, schedule so it had to be altered. There was 13 of us total in the group with half being kids ages 6-10 but I felt that they ignored that fact since our tour was for adults and the travel time from place to place along with the hotel rooms they booked for us were too small for a family of 4. Poor planning on their side. And they wouldn’t answer our questions / concerns throughout the 5 day stay. I give major props to the Trident hotel for working out an additional room + beds for our stay. But ideally, we should have been booked at a more family friendly hotel like the Hyatt or Taj in Cochin. I could go on with more specifics from each location of our stay — but I will just conclude by saying that we will never book through this company in future and I don’t know why...

Amber Tour has a very efficient team! I've traveled with a Brazilian agency, Amana, and Amber was its partner in our trip to north India. An outstanding company operated by a woman with great attention to detail. Our trip was flawlessly planned and was the trip of our dreams. All transportation and hotel arrangements made along with touring. We were met at the airport by their staff. The luggage was handled and transported to a vehicle. We had excellent guides and a perfect driver. Their staff appeared at each hotel to greet us and be sure that all went smoothly. When we departed their staff was there to also be sure all was well. The hotel selections were amazing. We were hosted, personally, to a Happy Holi celebration at their home that set the tone for our entire trip.
