3rd CLASS SERVICE & FOOD - After reading the reviews on Google I was not sure for my visit to Parikrama but as it's the Only Revolving Restaurant in Delhi, thought to visit atleast once and literally I wasted my money! The moment I entered felt good as it was revolving, but a waiter came and offered us a table for 2. The sofas were stinky, old. The place was stinky. Imagine you are somewhere to have food and there is a strong smell like you are sitting in a men's public toilet!! I have experienced it. The menu is very expensive, they were offering garlic noodles for Rs. 545/-. We asked a waiter will it be a good quantity for 2? He said yes ofcousre. Within like 10 mins he served the noodles which wasn't enough for even 1 person.. And actually he didn't served it, he just kept the bowl on our table and literally ran away! Obviously isilye ke kahi hum usse bole na de ye kya hai?? Still for the sake of the view we started eating it. And the noodles............ They costed Rs. 545/- and seriously main wo noodles Rs. 10/- mein bhi naa khaau, the veggies weren't fresh, weren't cooked well, the quantity was too less. Don't go on my photography skills the chowmein was just yuckk 'main jaanwar ko bhi wo khana naa daalu'. And the most surprising part was THE GARLIC NOODLES were not having GARLIC at all! In my whole plate of noodles I felt garlic for once only..Literally for once only!! We paid for noodles & for water Rs. 795/- and imagine what, one of their staff asked for a tip😂😂 I mean they were literally having guts that they asked for a tip for their 3rd class service. Although we gave him Rs. 50/- but honestly they don't deserve a 5 rupee! The most annoying moment~ There was a glass on every table which was having an artificial diya in it. A waiter came to our table, he took that glass & tried to switch on that Light, the light was not working toh literally usne wo light vapis glass mein patki and table pe wo glass patak ke chala gaya! It was seriously disgusting. I must say Highway ke dhaba isse zyada sophisticated hote hai!!

The VIEW from the top was kind of okayish! As Delhi is a busy city now and full of buildings, so it's impossible to have a view of IG Stadium, Red Fort, Delhi Gate, N.D. Railway Station from there!

If you want to see the view at the cost of 1000-2000 and so on rs. With a 3rd class food and a no class, rude staff then you can surly visit there. Not recommended from my side. 🙏🙏 They don't even deserve 1 star. Want to give them a...

Parikram, the revolving restaurant, is a unique and fascinating dining experience that offers panoramic views of the city while you enjoy your meal. Located on the top floor of a high-rise building, this restaurant provides a memorable experience for both locals and tourists.

The first thing that strikes you about Parikram is the revolving feature. As you step inside the restaurant, you are greeted with a breathtaking view of the cityscape. The slowly rotating floor ensures that you get to see every corner of the city during your meal, making it a truly immersive experience.

The ambiance of Parikram is elegant and sophisticated. The interior is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The dim lighting adds to the overall charm of the place, making it perfect for a romantic dinner or a special occasion.

The menu at Parikram offers a wide range of cuisines, including Indian, Chinese, and Continental. The dishes are expertly prepared and presented with attention to detail. The flavors are rich and authentic, and the portions are generous. Whether you are a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian, you will find plenty of options to suit your taste buds.

The service at Parikram is top-notch. The staff is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They are always ready to assist you with any special requests or dietary restrictions. The wait time for food is reasonable, and the presentation of each dish is impressive.

One of the highlights of dining at Parikram is the breathtaking view. As you savor your meal, you can enjoy a 360-degree view of the city. The sight of the city lights and landmarks is truly mesmerizing, especially during sunset or at night.

However, it is important to note that the prices at Parikram can be on the higher side. This restaurant is considered to be a luxury dining experience, so it might not be suitable for those on a tight budget. Additionally, due to its popularity, it is recommended to make a reservation in advance to secure a table.

Overall, Parikram offers a unique and memorable dining experience with its revolving feature, delicious food, and stunning views. If you are looking for a special place to celebrate a milestone or simply want to enjoy a romantic dinner with a view, Parikram is definitely...

Parikrama - The Revolving Restaurant is a one-of-a-kind dining experience located in the heart of the city. Its unique revolving setup offers breathtaking panoramic views of the skyline, making it a popular choice for a special occasion or one-time visit.

Food: The food at Parikrama was undeniably good. The menu features a variety of North Indian, Chinese, and Mughlai dishes, all prepared with attention to flavor and presentation. The Butter Chicken and Dal Makhani stood out for their authentic taste, and the Tandoori starters were perfectly cooked. The desserts, especially the Gulab Jamun, were a sweet ending to the meal. However, while the food is commendable, the overall dining experience could have been elevated with better service.

Service: The service was a significant letdown. The waitstaff appeared indifferent and even arrogant at times, which made the atmosphere less welcoming. Despite the restaurant’s premium pricing, the staff lacked the professionalism one would expect from an establishment of this caliber. Requests were met with impatience, and it seemed like the focus was more on efficiency than customer satisfaction.

Ambiance and Cost: The revolving mechanism of the restaurant is undoubtedly the highlight, offering diners an unparalleled view of the city. The ambiance is serene and upscale, perfect for a one-time luxurious dining experience. However, it comes at a cost, as the restaurant is on the expensive side. While the food and ambiance might justify the pricing, the service leaves much to be desired.

Recommendations for Improvement: The management should prioritize training the staff to ensure they are courteous and attentive to customers. Hospitality plays a vital role in enhancing the overall dining experience, and addressing these service issues could make Parikrama truly exceptional.

Final Verdict: Parikrama is worth visiting once for its unique concept and delicious food, but the unfriendly staff and poor service might make you think twice about returning. If management works on improving their service, this restaurant could truly shine as one of the city’s must-visit...
