Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital — Attraction in West Zone

Hospital ambience is Good and clean. The staffs were polite and the doctor is excellent. I asked about glass less operation but she suggested to go with progressive glass which I felt very caring because usually nowadays the doctors suggest for expensive treatments irrespective of our health. Keep up the good job. But I have very bad and not satisfied experience with the opticals. Me and my husband ordered for progressive lens with the frame it comes around Rs - 11000/- the spectacles were ready after a week. So we went and got it. The first day itself one side of the frame got loosen and the screw came out. So went and showed it to the person and he said he will repair and correct it. We waited and he gave as it is back but wr again checked and told still it is same. So he said he will take some more time and he said he will call but he will deliver as the shop will open till 12 pm. So we waited and he didnt call and so we called him and he said he repaired and its ready and he made my husband to come from saravanampatti to rs puram and when he checked it looks like it was same. It is really attrocious. Can anyone believe how can they take us granted and we paid so much atleast they should have some human curtasy. Because of this optical person I may not suggest anyone else or I wont prefer next time.

Today again from opticals shivanand he called and said they changed the frame and he asked my husband to again come and collect. When he went and checked the lens was broken can you believe it

I'm Naren. My son YASHWAN is 4 years old. The left eye was hit hard while playing. The swelling has become very large. Then we took him to NIITE hospital Mangalore and treated him. Then after 1 month, the eyes got cataract. Don't know what to do. We were very sad that this happened at such a young age. We came to Coimbatore and saw 3 more big hospitals. They told me to do surgery. We went to Dr. Agarwal eye hospital, RS Puram also. There we met the children and Cataract surgery specialist Dr.Santonu chakraborty. He delivered the speech in a clear and comprehensible manner. Cataract surgery also went well. It has been a month and a half. The son's eyesight is now showing little by little. We are checking up. From the first visit to the hospital until now, they have been well looked after. Mrs.Dhanalakshmi ma'am counseling is good. Retina specialist Dr. Jaya Shree's care is also good. Who works there Mrs. Gomati, Mrs. Kalyani, Mrs.Sugha Priya loved the way everyone showed love. And everyone treated them like family. Half was medicine and the rest was love. The hospital is clean and the practice is good. Very soon their conduct and medicine became remarkable. If you or your acquaintances have any problem with their eyes, you can come here and they will solve...

I am happy to write this review after my IOL implantation done last week. I have been using spectacles since the age of 18. One knows the intensity of burden given by the spectacles and the vision quality adjustments needed if they are using one.
