Please don't waste your money. There are better options.

I have had many bad experiences with them. When you get a parcel please check. They forgot to keep kurma for parota in parcel. The rates are toooo much. There are lots of better options. Amayi Veedu pot cook(near), SMS, Harybhavanam are way better. Taste also no very good compared to it's competitors.

Worst shawarma. Street Arabia is just opposite and it's the best for shawarma. Even like soda is not great for the price (around 70 Rs). Nearby restaurant Amayi Veedu provides the best lime soda for 50 Rs. One day we ordered pepper shawarma which was the worst shawarma I ever had in my life.

Grill is not worth the price. Much better options are available.

Fried rices are good but not consistent and for that much price you can go to authentic Chinese restaurants like Peking which is much better.

Chilli Parotta is around 160 and not good. Arul Jyothi offers much better chilli Parotta for around 100.

The main problem high cost. So evertime when I buy something there and when it's not up to the mark, I realize that why I spent this much money on this. I would have gone somewhere else.

Except twice I was disappointed everytime I went there.

The extra money you pay is just for the interiors. The restaurant is furnished well. So you can take some pics. That's the only advantage over high cost.

So guys don't waste your money. Please check other options.

I have visited this restaurant several time since it's opening. I always liked it. I like it's ambience. They have big dining area, light coloured Wall and no unwanted decoratives, adds to the roomy feel. Big and comfortable tables, you won't feel like squeezed in a small table which I usually feel even when I go to some renowned restaurants too. Distance between the tables are good, and they are arranged such that no two chairs of adjacent tables collide. I mean the tables are arranged along the length of the room longitudinally. The place is neat and tidy. I recommend it without second thoughts, be it family or friends.

And about food, you get so many option from rice to roti. So many options for starters, especially, the chicken varieties, you can get almost all. Also for the cost of the dishes, you will feel the quantity is good. For some, the quantity of rice varieties could be more than what you would expect.

The hand wash area also is one of the biggest and spacious. But since the hotel is there for a long time, they might need to change the wash room fittings and refresh it. I see the same medimix hand wash liquid despencer since it's inception. They all need to be changed. But I did not consider it a big deal.

Worst behavior by a waiter in the RS Puram branch. I have been to this hotel on many occasions but during my visit on 01.01.2022 I experienced the worst side.

It was crowded on that day and there was no proper arrangement made by the hotel to accommodate the customers. We waited outside the restaurant for some time as there was no one to attend us we went into the restaurant by then a waiter asked us about the number of persons I said three and he said that the restaurant was full and asked us to go to rooftop.

We went there and waited for some time but then another waiter came and said that they would serve only if the number of people were more than 10 and he asked us to go to restaurant.

Again we had to come down and we waited for sometime. Since no one attended us I went into the restaurant and waited near a table until the seated people finished their lunch. When the table was cleaned I asked my family to come in and we sat in the table.

A waiter came and asked us to wait outside. We explained to him that we have waiting for more than half an hour. He spoke in a very rude and arrogant manner and asked us to wait outside until he calls. It was new year day and we were insulted by a waiter.
