Krisna Oleh Oleh Bali - ICON MALL — Attraction in Denpasar Selatan

I was holding my small dog in the carrier (cukin) while standing outside and wondered if they allowed us. Made eye contact with the cashiers and they nodded and smiled. I'm so happy! Of course I was responsible and the little fellow was sleeping in the bag inside my arms so we didn't disturb anyone.

I believe this is the first Krisna inside a mall. It has independent stores in bypass, sunset road, tuban, nusa indah and I believe others I haven't visited, offering all kinds of souvenirs from clothing, jewelries, to snacks.

For those who enjoy more unique products and haggling/connecting experiences with the locals, there are still many street shops or art markets out there. For those who want to buy in bulk, one destination, no haggling, this could be a convenient solution. Personally, I enjoy both when I'm in the mood of shopping, and this being dog friendly is icing in the cake.

We had a disappointing experience at the kids' clothing section today. My partner and I were shopping for clothes for 8 kids, which made it quite challenging to find the right sizes—especially since many of the sizes we needed weren’t available on display. We approached two sales ladies for assistance, and while they initially helped, things quickly turned unprofessional.

When we asked for help a second time, both of them started laughing and speaking in their own language, which came across as rude and inappropriate. It felt like they were unwilling to assist us properly, possibly because we were purchasing a large number of items. This lack of professionalism and poor customer service left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
