Oakwood Premier Cozmo Jakarta — Attraction in Jakarta

Comfortable and homy at the Oakwood Premier Cozmo Jakarta (OPCJ)||Yes, we were back at the Oakwood PCJ. |This time it was for our mother's birthday staycation.|It was such a fun stay. |We are a big family and we all liked staying at the OPCJ.||My family checked in first on the 18th December 2022 in unit #2603. A lovely appartment with a beautiful view and surroundings. We stayed there for 1 night only as the next day we have booked other larger units for our big family, namely in #2505 & #2506.|Our move to #2505 was made easy and perfectly done by housekeeping staffs Bagas & Danu, whilst our luggages were transported by Santiko from the reception.||Needless to say, the units we booked were requested by our family because of our unforgettable previous stay there. It was a favourite since we like the big dining table and spacious living room.||Our stay there from the 18th to 23rd December 2022 was enjoyable, comfortable and memorable. |We used the gym and pool for our entertaiments.||We also had the opportunity to have breakfast at the Oakroom during our stay. The buffet was endless with so many delectable choices. Thank you to Asri & Agnes for the wonderful service given.||At one time, there was a minor defect with our handheld shower head in #2505 and was promptly and courteously fixed by engineer, Siswoyo.||Our room was also always in clean and neat condition, thanks to Ibu Rina with her housekeeping team, Khansa, Radit, Ade, Rengga & Anggita, who always make us feel pleasant and at home. All our needs attended to politely and swiftly.||Checking out on the 23rd was smooth sailing. It was done in a fast yet precise manner. Grateful for the help rendered by Meta, Fajar and the bellman (blue polo shirt, unfortunately did not get his name).||Thank you once again, Oakwood.|You have made us feel special, starting from our reservation handled by Rizty, up to our speedy check out.| We had a blast staying there. ||Keep up the good work Oakwood team. |For sure we will be...

A mix feeling of this hotel. ||There are pros and cons. ||Pros: |1, We were staying at a 3 bedroom suite. The decor was modern and cozy. It’s also spotless clean.||2, Breakfast - wide variety ||3, nice swimming pool - perfect for both leisure swimmer and lap swimmer||Cons|1, Service really put us off. One of my family members accidentally broke a tumbler glass. We thought that’s just a small issue as tumbler glass is consumable product anyway. When we got back the room, we received a letter from hotel asking us to compensate 75,000 IDR for the tumbler glass without asking if we got hurt by breaking the glasses. We were totally fine to pay and thought we would settle this when we checked out. After an hour, we got an email from the hotel reminding us to pay 75,000 IDR. We also got a voice message asking the compensation. On our last day, after having breakfast, we went back to the room but we couldn’t access the room by any of our room keys. The room was locked. We went to the front desk. The front desk staff asked about the broken glasses and 75,000 IDR again. I asked if that was the reason they locked the room. The front desk staff said we never replied their email about this incident. We were totally shocked and appalled. The hotel held a credit card deposit.
