I had an amazing dining experience at Sushi Hiro! Here’s what I ordered:

The food was absolutely delicious, and the variety of flavors really stood out. My personal favorite was the Salmon Aburi Roll—it was perfectly seared and melted in my mouth. The Spicy Salmon Fried Roll and the Hiro Salmon Series were also highlights, bursting with flavor.

I also loved the ambiance. The interior felt cozy and calm, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the meal. The staff were very informative, answering all my questions about the menu with a smile. The cleanliness of the place was also top-notch, which I always appreciate.

Overall, Sushi Hiro exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for sushi lovers! I can’t wait to come back and explore more...

Had my dinner and tried a few dishes here: Tamago Sashimi (18k before tax), Sukiyaki Beef Nabe (120k before tax), Gyu Enoki Roll (60k before tax), Tuna Salad Inari (35k before tax), and Cold Ocha (refill – 15k before tax). Overall, everything was tasty! Loved the Gyu Enoki Roll, super umami with a nicely balanced sauce. Tamago Sashimi was sweet, served at room temp, and thankfully not eggy-smelling good enough to eat without dipping!

Sukiyaki Nabe was comforting and complete—protein, fiber, and carbs all in one pot. Don’t forget to spice it up with chili powder or bird’s eye chili! The Tuna Salad Inari had a unique dry topping (almost like chicken floss), but the inari skin was great, not too sweet.

Service was friendly, but they missed a few things: shirataki noodles and the egg yolk in my nabe. They did give me a replacement, but waiting 5–10 mins for each dish was tiring. Hopefully, they’ll improve the flow next time!
