As a long-time customer at Starbucks Oakwood, I am very disappointed with how they treated me today. I ordered Subway for breakfast with my girlfriend. She wanted to have coffee with it, so I suggested getting good coffee at Starbucks and enjoying my sandwich on the terrace there instead of the seats provided by Subway. However, the barista came up to me and told me not to eat food from outside while I was eating. I understand the policy of not bringing food from outside, but as a courtesy, she could have simply asked me not to do it again in the future.

So I moved to the Subway terrace, but to my surprise, she served the coffee there. Why wasn't she consistent in saying that she only serves coffee on the Starbucks premises? With this kind of service, Starbucks Oakwood's "know your customer" policy unfortunately receives only one star from me... The food and beverage are always very good, but the service always wrong... Workers never pay attention for what you ask... You can ask warm coffee and after 30 seconds worker forget... 5 time on 5... Day after day always wrost... Workers never respect time for open, always lazy slowly and never take care about customer. This morning on 7 customers 5 we go away... It's not correct that with price that Starbucks have, customers have to wait to much long... Better change lazy workers... Or better chance...

At that time, after work, my friend invited me to hang out at Starbucks Oakwood Premier Jakarta. This is my first time visiting this place. That time I ordered Beef Filone and I forgot what drink I ordered. The taste of food and drinks here is the same as at other Starbucks branches. The atmosphere here is always busy because the place is quite comfortable and strategically located in the office area. The service is quite good.
