Nice white sandy beaches that look great from a distance…but outside the sections directly in front of the resorts the beach and water is filled with trash, which considering this is one of the “best beaches in Bali” is pretty sad. I saw workers starting to comb the trash on the beach which was nice…but instead of removing it they just dug small holes in the sand at the water line and filled them with the plastic trash, doing essentially nothing but hiding it until the next high tide.
