Ganesha ek Sanskriti - Ayodya Resort (Traditional Indian Cuisine & Bar) — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

We were staying at a different resort but wanted to try some Indian food, so we decided to visit Ganesha Ek Sanskriti after reading the reviews. I was aware that the food would be on the pricier side, similar to what I’d pay in Sydney. However, I was surprised by the additional 25% service and tax charges, which pushed the cost beyond that of a high-end restaurant in Sydney.

I don’t mind paying for good service, but I found it unreasonable that 80% of my order was packed for takeaway, and I was still charged the full service fee. When I mentioned this to the staff, they confirmed that the charge applies regardless of whether you dine in or take your food to go.

One of the best Indian Restaurants anywhere in the world, where we have had the privilege of tasting exquisite Indian dishes made to perfection. Chef Nitesh Bishtji and his team capably create magic for their customers, be it starters such as Fish Amritsar or Bhindi Kurkure, curries and dals and of course the Chicken Biryani , so flavoursome with the tender chicken just melting in the mouth. We went to one of their branch in Ayodhya resort in Nusa Dua, we went based on ambience pics and reviews on Google, but this restaurant is a total disappointment, we ordered Manchurian and other veg Indian food, Manchurian was soo chewy as if it was reheated and was definitely not fresh, also Dal makhani was having the same gravy as of Panner curry and all the curry tasted soo sour, I even complained about the Manchurian being so chewy and hard to chew but the service staff just smiled and left as if she didn’t even bother or understood, and on top of all this they will charge you 22% tax and service charges, so if you want to frown away your money and get a total disappointment than only visit this restaurant, just writing genuine feedback based on me and my family’s personal experience, went there on...
