We went here twice (we were 5 days in Seminyak) in our two week trip to Bali. The first visit on 27.08 was really great. Loved the place. A little pricey with a bill for 4m IDR but you get what you pay for and the service from the waiters was outstanding. You don’t mind to pay for what you get. The vibe was great, not too young and has a real quality feel about everything with decent sounds and DJs. We took a larger day bed by the pool (minimum 3.5m IDR spend) as we were a family of four. I was a little put off by the fact we were set right next to the smoking area (we don’t smoke) but I didn’t let this bother me. I think they should move this somewhere else though as the minimum payment applies the same at the front closest to the pool or the back near the smoking area. Or they should at least discount that specific bed by 500k to compensate for the inconvenience of having smokers peer over you all day. Moving on, I felt the beer menu was limited only offering a couple of beers that weren’t that great. Would have been good to have a wider choice although appreciate why they may not offer that. The food poolside was very nice but what definitely had the wow factor was the food in the grill in the restaurant behind the pool area. The service here was excellent. We returned a few days later (29.08) as we had such an enjoyable time to be rather disappointed. It was my birthday that day and we advised them of this. The welcome drink we were offered on our first visit was not forth coming. We had to ask for towels. And then we were advised that we had the trainee. Only, he hadn’t been trained. We spent most of the day fighting to get attention to get a drink. They seemed to be very short staffed (that’s how it came across) and the waiters working this day did not have the same confidence to serve us. It actually ruined my day as we had returned for the service as well as the surroundings but I didn’t want to cause a fuss. Straight after sunset I asked the waiter for the bill 5.4m IDR and i paid it in full. When we came to leave, we headed to the reception area, and I asked to see the manager. This was mainly because on top of the 3.5m min charge was a service charge of 10%. the bill we paid on our first visit and had no hesitation in paying it and felt we had value for money. The 2nd visit I didn’t feel the same way and was kind of expecting them to say that they would refund the service charge. But no, they wanted to sweep that under the carpet and make an apology to me and tell me that someone would be in touch via what’s app. That did happen but it was only to offer for me to come back and spend more money . Unfortunately we were checking out of the area the next day. I feel that Really, I shouldn’t have paid the bill and complained but as it was my birthday I didn’t want it spoilt more or to have my family see that I was a little upset. All so unnecessary if they had just spent the time to train the new staff properly OR have someone with the experience to stay with them all day and shadow them until they fully have the confidence to serve customers properly, given the high cost they are charging. They didn’t handle the complaint properly and had they have refunded the service charge I would be leaving a different review. Other than that all was well and we would return here if we...

We were lucky enough to grab a good spot, and once we settled in it was clear why people spend entire days here. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, with music setting the tone without being overpowering. The pool is the centerpiece, surrounded by comfortable seating and loungers, and it creates that perfect mix of fun and luxury. The sky lit up in colors over the water while everyone around us seemed to pause and take it in together, which gave it a kind of shared magic.

The menu had a good variety, and everything we tried was flavorful and well prepared.
