The most iconic bridge in Cork as it is the only suspended pedestrian bridge in Ireland. If you are walking along the river Lee on the Northside and you come to Sunday’s Well road and you want to cross over to Fitzgerald’s Park on the Southside then you need to use a pedestrian bridge known as the “Shakey” or “Shaky” bridge. Unfortunately I did not know that so I had a long walk.
