Attended trad on the prom_a pot pourri of the best of Irish traditional song music and dance presented to us by the Fahy Family from Loughrea

What a performance_where do I start_where do I finish!

Ingenium Naturam of the highest musical order came to light with

the uileann pipes of Ger Fahy_he also played other instruments the fiddle playing of Therese Fahy The guitar playing of her husband the accordion playing of Ivonne Fahy

and the wonderful dancing of various world class Irish dancers

Lots of tunes came to the fore.I was particularly taken by Gerards musical tribute to his Mother and Thereses rendition of Mo Ghiolla Mear and who could forget the exhilarating performances by the array of dancers that came on the stage

No wonder these performers have performed on other stages.In this regard Gerard was actively involved in Lord of the Dance by Michael Flately.Theres was involved in Riverdance and some of the dancers were also involved in Riverdance

This has to be one of the best trad shows that I have seen for some time now_the riverdance of the west...

I recently made a complaint to which I received no reply. On one occasion my 8months pregnant partner was made cry for making an honest mistake with a booking and 10 days later she was told she could not use the toilet as she wasn't a paying customer on the day by the same member of staff. . Having gone to leisureland since I was young I was shocked and disappointed to have gotten a phone call at work of my partner in tears as the member of staff was so rude and declined to let her reschedule or refund her(something we have previously had to do with no issue).

I understand we are in difficult times but to have my partner upset in tears twice in as many days by the same employee is a disgrace.

I have had friends and family employed here through the years and they've all been appalled.

I am deeply disappointed and my partner is still upset about the situation. We have plans to return and my partner is very anxious...

It's a really good facility. I'm not looking for faults, but the lighting in the changing room area is terrible. Some changing rooms are not very well lit. This is a major issue if you have kids. Also, the exit gate (turnstile) is crazy. Try to exit with a load if bags and kids one at a time !!!!! Also, as you exit there is a steep drop to the left hand side where the steps are. So, if the kids go first then there is a serious danger they could fall down the steps. If you go first there is a chance your kid, especially very young ones who like like to ignore their parents (mine), will not follow you through. That said, the pool floor can be adjusted to suit kids. This is great for lessons and also great if you want to take small kids out of the baby pool. Technical they can create four...
