Caesars Palace Casino — Attraction in Galway

Me and 2 of my friends have been your customersI and 2 of my friends have been your customers for more or less a year. We have been visiting regularly, having fun and spending time without any outbursts. But on 26.01.2024, I was accused of something that was not true by one of your employees working on the first ground floor. Your employee, I think his name was Steve, told me and my friends that we participated in the game by playing for free on bingo days. I don't know how he made such an observation, but on that day, from the moment we entered, we lost a large amount of money playing various machines. When we ran out of money, we waited for our other friend, and when he arrived, we started playing again. But your employee gave us a warning, as if we were playing bingo without playing any games. Then we asked him to review our card histories, but he didn't listen to us with the words "I don't care". Obviously, this incident decreased our respect for your organization and caused you to lose 3 of your possible customers. Since you are a reputable institution, I wanted to report this situation to you, I hope you will take the necessary action, because if this continues and your employee treats customers in such an accusatory manner, you will lose...

Probably the best casino I’ve been to 🙌 My grandmother has always loved the slot machines - with her having dementia we try bring her out once a week to play (the memory may be declining but she well remembers the slots). We took a trip from Dublin and this ‘palace’ did not disappoint. Really nice casino, clean, staff very helpful when our machine originally got stuck at the start of playing the service on point. We enjoyed ourselves here and as a non player who had to travel back home the free coffee really hit the spot to wake me up ☕️🔥👌really lovely coffee from the machine, sugar, milk and tea for tea drinkers, vending machines with sweets, chocolate, crisps & fizzy drinks. Toilets were also spotless. There is parking facilities at the back of the casino for players (you need a token to get out). Close to the pier. My boyfriend and I traveled from the US to Galway and had a great time at this casino. Back home, the casino is LOUD and so flashy. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet Caesars Palace Casino was! We even turned down our volume on the machine because we felt we were being too loud. Gary was such a nice guy and chatted with us for a bit. The machines paid out frequently which was nice — we didn’t leave with much money but that is our fault...
