We had a very disappointing experience here. The service was disorganized from the start—courses were brought out in random order, with starters arriving after the main dish. On top of that, the main course itself was served cold.
As if that wasn’t enough, management actually demanded to know why we did not leave a 10% tip, which they claimed was “customary.” Tips are a gesture of appreciation for good service, not an obligation to cover poor food quality and disorganized service.
Between the cold meal, the chaotic timing of courses, and the unprofessional behavior of the management, this was one of the least enjoyable dining experiences we’ve had. Definitely not...

At the end of the night, we were given a bill for 350₪ for table service, when NO-ONE ordered from the table... everyone ordered from the bar THE WHOLE NIGHT. They literally gave a fake bill of drinks that were not ordered, and it took 45 minutes to dispute the fake bill. After asking for camera footage to show if these drinks were ordered and delivered, the camera CONVENIENTLY wasn't showing coverage of our table.
