We stayed at the Prima City Hotel in Tel Aviv as a family for 10 days and had an absolutely outstanding experience. Prior to our arrival, we arranged with the hotel to have a baby crib and an extra bed for our two young children (ages 3 and 2), and everything was perfectly prepared when we got there.
The beds were very comfortable, the bed linens were always spotless and fresh, and the towels remained clean and pleasantly scented throughout our entire stay. There was plenty of storage space, and when we asked for additional hooks to hang clothes, they were provided immediately.
The housekeeping staff was incredibly responsive—always there within five minutes whenever something was needed, and they fulfilled every request with great care.
Breakfast was excellent, especially for guests who observe kosher dietary laws. Even during Passover (including Kitniyot), everything was strictly kosher. There was high-quality coffee from a bean-to-cup machine, fresh water available at all times, and a variety of egg dishes could be ordered directly from the kitchen.
The entire staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any need—we have never felt so well cared for during a hotel stay. Our children felt comfortable and happy as well.
The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beach. There are two elevators for quick access to the rooms, as well as an underground parking garage.
All in all, a perfect stay for a Tel Aviv vacation—we would...
Read moreWe chose the Prima City Hotel to meet friends evacuated from the north of the country who were temporarily staying in a hotel nearby.|The price for a two-day stay is a bit high, in my opinion.|The hotel is small, but very nice. Both the room and other areas are very clean. A nice gift in the form of chocolate and a bottle of drinking water awaited us in the room. The room is equipped with a coffee machine with capsules and a kettle with everything you need to make coffee and tea.|Upon arrival at the hotel, the manager announced that she had upgraded the room to premium. This premium was very small with two narrow windows on the sides of the room. Well, definitely not premium.|The shower stall had clean towels, soap, shower gel and everything you need.|I really liked the service in the dining room. A very polite and responsible manager named Sudani helped us adapt to the dining room and helped and offered help in every possible way.|Overall, the impression of the hotel is good.|One thing, we left on Saturday. In Israel, late checkout is common in most hotels. But here we were sent a message in advance that checkout, despite it being Saturday, should be no later than 11 a.m., which is...
Read moreWell located and good accommodations, my only bad experience is related to the admin team and the poor management. We went to the first time and asked to be accommodated for breakfast to good since unfortunately the time for the breakfast and our tours clashed. The staff said that won’t be a problem but guess what! The first day to pick up the boxes, they forgot about it and nobody knew nothing, they rushed and threw out 1 frozen cucumber, 1 tomate , 1 boiled egg and some spreadable on a box. A completely fiasco and kind of a joke, when we requested to cancel the rest of the breakfast (that was already paid), we were told that need to address it with the manager, the one that was never in the hotel or had any other person responsible to solved the situation. Until this time we haven’t...
