COIN — Attraction in Bergamo

This is a review for their Home (coin casa) Department on the 4th floor. Their products are generally excellent if a little expensive. However, the layout of products is disappointing - there is no real sense or rational in how scattered they were - bath mats had to be found in 4-5 different areas of the floor, similarly with dinner napkins. No staff were available to help - and what's worse - they actively dissuaded me from checking out to pay when there was 5 mins to closing. On another occasion (I went back.. why?!) I asked them about a product I wanted to buy more of, and they simply shook their head and said sorry it's all gone. No offer to re-order or even redirect me to the website. I suggested to them that maybe I should check online! Hah. Honestly, I would love to shop here for their products, but their service team on this floor need training on sales and...

Very disappointing experience — tourists clearly not welcome Don’t be fooled by the attractive discounts in the window. Once inside, we were told at the checkout that the extra discount does not apply to tourists — something that was not mentioned anywhere beforehand. What made the experience truly uncomfortable was the constant sense of being watched. We were followed by security on every floor, which made us feel more like suspects than customers. It was an unpleasant and unsettling visit.

And to top it all off, we encountered the filthiest restroom we’ve ever seen in a department store — dirty, smelly, and completely neglected.

A store that treats its visitors this way doesn’t deserve your time — definitely not recommended.

Update: At the owner’s request, I filled out the online form. Never heard back from this company. So then you...

Il centro si trova in una zona facile da raggiungere, sia che lo si raggiunga in macchina che in autobus o a piedi (ad esempio arrivando da Porta Nuova).

È aperto sette giorni su sette, dalle 10 alle 19 e poco più.

È possibile consultare il sito web, per meglio conoscere i prodotti messi in vendita o per effettuare degli ordini, i quali possono essere tracciati.

Comunque, mentre al piano terra si trovano accessori inerenti al mondo della moda (borse, profumi, trucchi, ecc), al secondo, invece, i prodotti messi in vendita sono molti e di vario tipo, sia per uso che per materiale.

Ad esempio, si trovano accessori per la tavola e la cucina (tazze di porcellana o vetro, posate, piatti, insalatiere, bicchieri, ecc); accessori per la casa e la sua decorazione (cornici, candele, porta candele, vasi, ecc); accessori per la camera da letto (federe, lenzuola, cuscini, trapunte, ecc); accessori per il bagno (porta sapone, porta asciugamani, cestino, specchio, pantofole, accappatoi, ecc); accessori per il soggiorno; accessori per l'illuminazione e mobili.

Insomma, è un centro molto grande che avrebbe molto da offrire. Tuttavia, non penso che sia valorizzato quanto dovrebbe, sia per qualità che per prezzo.

Abbatte le barriere architettoniche. L'edificio è dotato di due ascensori (se non erro).

Mi è capitato di incontrare commessi molto scortesi...
