Pizzolungo is an amazing walking trail that will lead you to so many spectacular views and look outs along the coast.
We recommend reading some articles about the trail and roughly charting your path ahead of time - there are a few parts with quite a lot of elevation (1 point you'll encounter at least 13 storeys of stairs), but there are definitely ways to make it more leisurely. The majority of the path is paved so it's a enjoyable walk.
