La Minerva set the bar SO HIGH - I mean WOW.

This place is special- they offer an exceptional stay with stunning views, impeccable service, and an atmosphere of refined elegance. This boutique hotel is the perfect blend of modern luxury and traditional island charm.

The above and beyond services to ensure you get to the hotel (and even depart from) with no stress was life changing for us. It sounds so dramatic but we had inclement weather (with ferry cancellations) and they reached out proactively to ensure we had help getting to Capri and even in the pouring rain, their hotel attendant at the Capri docks (Giovanni) got us a cab and made sure we were out of the pouring rain and it was beyond helpful. Without this service we would have been drenched, stressed and wasting time trying to figure it all out! They do the heavy lifting for you and will help you easily navigate the experience.

From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed by the hotel’s friendly, smiling staff and elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. The property’s beautifully designed interiors feature a mix of classic and contemporary elements and the pictures just don’t do it justice!!

One of the many standout features of La Minerva is its panoramic terrace, which provides some of the best views on the island. Whether you’re enjoying a leisurely breakfast or sipping a cocktail at sunset, this place beings tranquility to every moment.

The pool is another highlight, offering a serene spot to unwind while soaking in the views. We felt like royalty with the pool views and layout- it’s stunning.

Service at the hotel is exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff that goes out of their way to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience. ➡️➡️➡️Do not miss out on a happy hour at the hotel lobby- it was our favorite part of visiting Capri! Saverio (hope we got that right) quickly impressed us with his mixology skills and instantly became a friend who always greeted us with a smile and eagerness to please us with anything we needed. It made our stay so special and fun! THANK YOU SAVÈ! ♥️

The location is conveniently situated in a quiet and beautiful part of Capri and conveniently located within walking distance of the island's shops, restaurants, and famous landmarks.

There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful of an experience we had at La Minerva. After reading reviews of this boutique hotel and seeing the ratings, I decided to book La Minerva for our 2 night Capri stay. From the moment we arrived, one of the Esposito brothers welcomed us with a smile and let us into our room an hour before check in. The room was absolutely gorgeous (we stayed in the room without a terrace or sea view) and yet, was blown away with the cleaninless and the aesthetic of the room.

At night, the Esposito brothers would make us a delicious cocktail and bring it out to us in the terrace overlooking the sea. They had wonderful recommendations and offered to make reservations for us. When we arrived at night back to our hotel, candles were lit and a fresh flower (a different one each night) with a card listing what the weather will be like the next day, Capri touring tips, and a drink of the day was detailed. They straightened up our room and took the decorative pillows off so that we came back to a fresh room each night. Where else can you find that?!

Breakfast was stunning on the terrace and absolutely amazing. We were offered fresh eggs, benedict, crepes, and pancakes in addition to the buffet (all free)! The service was outstanding. The pool area feels like a spa, so quiet - the sound of the pool water flowing with lemon and bamboo trees above you. You can enjoy a light lunch and drinks there.

The gym they use is absolutely amazing and so clean, with every machine you can think of! It is a short walk across the street - one of the Esposito brothers will show you there and bring water and towels for you. (They never miss a touch)!

The location is perfect - so quiet and tucked away, but a stones throw from the Piazzetta shops and restraurants. A short walk away is La Fontelina, a wonderful lunch and lounge spot where you can swim!

I hope to stay here again, truly would be...

My wife & I just recently returned from our honeymoon at La Minerva and this hotel is pure bliss at its finest. It is difficult even where to begin because every single part of our stay at La Minerva was perfection. For starters we opted to use their all inclusive transfer from the airport to the hotel and it is SO worth every cent. It was so well organized from start to finish that my wife & I were completely relaxed after many hours of travel. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The two brothers that run the hotel Antonino & Marco informed us that their Mother was the interior designer and you really feel at home with all of the beautiful personalized touches throughout the hotel. Now to these two gentlemen. There are not enough kind words in the dictionary to say about Antonino & Marco. From the moment they welcome you until the final goodbye these guys are the definition of class. Their warm presence makes you feel like you are right at home. Their recommendations and service were always the best of the best. We barely needed to make any plans because each day they would give us suggestions on what to do and each day was better then the last. The restaurant which is located at the top of the hotel has breathtaking views and the service is top notch. The included breakfast is excellent and the perfect way to start your day and the restaurant in the evening is even better. Each evening after an excellent dinner recommendation by one of the brothers it was wonderful to come back to the hotel and have a nightcap made by Gino the bartender who makes the best drinks. Simply put we cannot recommend La Minerva enough. You can get beautiful views basically anywhere in Capri but what sets this hotel from the rest is you will not find better service or better management anywhere else on the Island.
