Oliveto Capri — Hotel in Capri

It is a clean and cute place to stay at. It isn’t too far of a walk from the center of Capri. They provide great service when you first arrive. I just personally would not stay there again due to lack of flexibility.

There are plenty of other places in Capri that are willing to be flexible with you. In trips the unexpected happens… and when your plans change and you can only be there 1 day instead of 2, you can only hope you can get your money back.

I contacted them a month in advance and I was simply told they would cancel the second night but they could not refund me my money. Once I got there the possibility of getting a refund was discussed and was told they’d let me know. I never got an update from them, I had to go through my bank to get a response.

Save yourself the headache, there are many more places there with similar pricing and much nicer rooms. If you know for a fact your plans will not change and an emergency will not arise, then this is a great place to stay at.

For me no flexibility is a deal breaker, but...

We arrived to oliveto and Stephano himself welcomed us , show us the "room" and he said i had upgrade you because your dauther's Birthday. Well i called the castle! We got to enjoyed half of the villa , big front patio ovelooking Capri ocean, big libing room with a kitchen with 1/2 bathroom, upstairs 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathroom! so you have been traveling on multiples cities ,countries and you have and running out of clean clothing? Waite !! My villa has a washer machine !!! Safebox , a/c ,dishwasher, coffe machine ,refrigerator, heavenly beds .... I would give oliveto 7star. I...

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! Stefano was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. He surprised us with a free upgrade, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Our room was beautiful, with a spacious terrace where we could relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The little touches made it even more special—prosecco, water, and espresso waiting for us in the room. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this hotel and a huge thank you to Stefano for making our stay unforgettable! I will recommend this place...
