the staff were accommodating and let us try some of the flavours. there’s a unique flavour: spicy chocolate, which is chocolate with chilli peppers. it tastes like regular chocolate but there’s a spicy aftertaste.
a cone with 2 flavours of gelato cost €3. the quality is very good. the gelato is stored in these steel containers; authentic and not a tourist-trap! the texture of the gelato was amazing, it’s smooth and creamy. i’d also tried the cookies and cream flavour; it was nice. i’d recommend the sololatte (milk), it was outstanding and the 100% chocolate flavour. the 100% chocolate flavour is not too bitter and tastes very rich. a must-try for dark chocolate enjoyers.

Maybe the experience would have been different and more enjoyable if I had gone with more...

They have a phenomenal lavender gelato and also excel at seasonal sorbetti like percoco, a summer-time deliciously fragrant and tasty peach. Panna and double panna are both available, and like their gelato, it is kept fresh in the metal bins, the way it ought to be. We liked this place so much we came back, requiring a 2 hour drive from where...
