A place with a very local flavor. Seekers of exquisite flavors and excessive aesthetes could certainly feel disappointed. This panini bar gives the impression of a place where you come for a quick bite or to discuss the current results of FC Parma. It specializes in sandwiches. We took three different ones, which were based on ordinary toasted bread with the addition of salsiccia and horse meat. I must admit that the sandwiches wefe perfect, just like a noble type of fast food. Italian meat of the highest quality and simple additions that did not mask its taste = successful combination. locale molto piccolo e caotico e dall'aspetto antico. si aspetta il proprio turno in fila indiana in un corridoietto dalla quale si deve poi anche uscire (e andandoci all'ora di punta con i bambini usciti da scuola che invadono il locale rende la pratica abbastanza difficoltosa). nel frattempo si ha la possibilità di scorgere il lungo menù appeso al muro e appena arrivati in cassa si può fare l'ordine (possibilmente molto velocemente dato che il tipo sembrava abbastanza oberato) . partendo dal fatto che nonostante il lungo menu non c'era qualcosa di che mi stuzzicasse, e questo capisco che possa essere un mio problema, appena ho visto quello che mi è arrivato sono rimasta molto delusa. io ho chiesto un panino con prosciutto e robiola e quello che ho avuto è stato una specie di pane per toast ma alto con i due ingredienti dentro. il tutto è risultato molto secco e "povero". che non me ne vogliano i parmigiani/ parmensi, forse sono stata solo sfortunata, ma secondo me è più l'affetto e la tradizione che la qualità che gli fa dire che quella è una delle migliori paninerie...
