Fantastic minimalistic hotel 10min walk for Milan Linate airport! They also provide a shuttle service to the airport for €3 per person. Or you can take a public bus for one stop. (Transfer at LINATE for getting to the center of Milan BUS 73) As my flight got cancelled, I booked for a night online and it includes breakfast from 6am till 0930am. They work with a card system, just tap it on the lock and when in the room put it in the wall to activate the room for lights etc. The room is very cozy and clean with a comfortable mattress. The toilet and the shower are in seperate cabins. The shower is quite big and there are two big mirrors in the room. Almost on every floor there is a vending machine for snacks and drinks! You can go with the elevator pr with stairs. The downside is that the WIFI isnt very stable and that the TV doesnt have a lot of (english) channels or NETFLIX. But in overall I would definitey book this hotel again!

This hotel has good beds and that's it!!. Most of the staff are friendly and nice apart from a few. MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR OWN ALCOHOL/ FOOD FROM OUTSIDE THOUGH! You can not get a drink after 10pm as they say the bar is closed even though they have it in their reception with a card machine. (See photo). It's the only hotel in the world i have ever been in with a 24/7 reception and a bar in reception where they actually sell minatures, and they rudely tell you that if you want a drink you should get water out of the vending machine. Even though I was upset and just wanted one small bottle of gin to pour myself a drink. The vending machines stole my money last night and the iced tea got stuck, there was nothing which could be done at that time so lost money there. You are miles and miles away from anything, and to get a taxi into central Milan the cost is 30 Euros.

It is a 3 Stars hotel. So far, okay and I did not expect too much. But at the end I have to reduce my rating by 1 star, because several things I did not like. OK were - room cleanness - room size - sound insulation - comfortable bed, not too hard, not too soft Not OK I found - bed size too big for the room - no desk in the room for working - very very poor breakfast buffet - breakfast restaurant big and sound like train station - same waiter, as served the dinner before. He lost his focus on guests, because so tired. This is a management failure! It's called Fasthotel. Fast in, fast out. For 1 night capable. But not more. Maybe the bigger rooms are better to stay for longer. But that wouldn't make the breakfast better. Distance to airport is 10-15 minutes slow walking. That's an argument to choose.

You want to deceive and lie to some guests and ask them to write what you want. People who speak honestly do not agree with that. Your words that you did by responding to me are a liar. I paid 583 euros for two nights. I did not book a single person, I booked two rooms. You are deceiving people with your style. If the hotel is cheap and 3 stars, you put bad tea makers, bad bathroom materials, and unclean sheets. Your response is immoral and indicates a person who lacks the lowest levels of dialogue with others and does not admit to being wrong. I doubt that you are the same bad person at the reception. Hotel carino e moderno negli arredamenti. Personale gentile e disponibile. Il ristorante offre delle combinazioni di menù che permettono di risparmiare qualcosina, le porzioni sono abbondanti e la qualità è buona. Molto carina la piscina, essenziale, ma come è giusto in un hotel di passaggio. Purtroppo devo sottolineare delle note negative relativamente alla camera. Ho soggiornato una notte in una economy (non così tanto economica, 72€ nonostante uno sconto del 10%). Il bagno è suddiviso in tre ambienti diversi: una stanza con parete di vetro con la doccia, una con water e bidet. Il lavello si trova davanti al letto sotto alla televisione (oltretutto quello nella mia camera non defluiva bene e ci sono volute circa 10 minuti perché si svuotasse la vasca). Non mi era mai capitato prima di trovare un bagno così. Sicuramente si utilizza lo spazio, ma trovo scomodo non avere tutto in un unico ambiente. Il bidet è inutilizzabile poiché non c'è lo spazio fisico per inserire la gamba tra bidet e water. Dopo aver fatto la doccia, aprendo la porta ovviamente si allaga tutto il pavimento dell'ingresso. Personalmente ho trovato un asciugamano sporco, con il palese segno di due occhi che sono stati struccati con esso, per il resto la stanza sembrava pulita, a parte dei segni permanenti su muri e tende e una placca "vietato fumare" che era caduta e aveva lasciato scoperti dei fili. La cosa peggiore comunque è il profumo che viene spruzzato durante le pulizie, fortissimo e che persiste per tutto il giorno e oltre, senza per altro avere la possibilità di cambiare l'aria alla camera perché le finestre sono bloccate. È molto comodo per chi deve andare all'aereoporto o al centro espositivo situato li vicino. La camera purtroppo non è ben insonorizzata, quindi si sente molto il rumore degli aerei che decolanno (come in tutti gli hotel vicini ad aereoporti). Le tende oscuranti purtroppo sono pressoché inutili e all'alba la stanza si riempie di luce. Il materasso tuttavia è molto comodo e il l'atto molto grande. Colazione buona, abbondante e varia. Unica pecca le bevande che vengono erogate da una macchinetta e non preparate dal bar. Tutto sommato per una notte d'appoggio l'hotel è andato bene, ma il prezzo di una economy è troppo alto visto quello che è stato trovato.

El hotel estaba bien. El problema fue este, y salimos súper enfadados con el señor de mediana edad que nos atendió en el checkout. Estábamos trabajando durante el fin de semana, así que nos retrasamos para hacer el checkout por el horario, y al final lo hicimos a la 1 pm. Este hombre llevaba una chaqueta azul y corbata roja también tenía el pelo canoso. Después de hablar durante 5 minutos intentando explicarnos y pidiendo disculpas decide cobrarnos 1 noche completa. Aceptamos y pagamos. Justo después le explico que le voy a dejar una reseña negativa por su trato, que me diga su nombre por favor. Él rechaza decirme su nombre, y además se pone chulo con nosotros, apartándonos la cara y sin mirarnos desde que le he avisado de esto. Además como justificación de esto nos dice que la chica de la limpieza ya se ha ido y que ellos no podrán vender esa habitación para la noche de hoy. A esto le respondo que hemos visto a la limpieza hace 15 minutos limpiando otra habitación, el aspirador en el pasillo, y todas las bolsas de toallas y sabanas nuevas también. Resumen, aún estaban limpiando habitaciones. 🚨👮 Se niega a darme una hoja de reclamaciones. Como íbamos tarde al aeropuerto decidimos irnos, pero sin lugar a dudas su trato fue muy irrespetuoso y sería el motivo principal de que JAMÁS, repitamos la experiencia si podemos evitarlo por este hombre. ℹ️ El resto del personal fue muy amable en todo momento, lo que hizo que nos sorprendiera más aún la actitud de este hombre, cuando en todo momento intentamos hablarle con respeto a pesar de que nos estaba exigiendo 95€ por salir 2 horas tarde.
