Craving some ramen after spending 6 days of work here in Japan. Clean looking exterior with a cool looking sign on the outside. Very, very simple place. Only 3 items to order. Small ramen, LG ramen and onigiri. Seafood shoyu style ramen with medium thick noodles that are very slurpable. 3 thin slices of pork are really easy to eat, fresh green onions and menma was perfectly seasoned with a slight snap to it when eaten. At less than $5 U.S., it is a steal! I think they use a different kind of shoyu as the dispenser with the condiments shoyu was very tasty but not too salty. Hard to explain.

2025.8.20訪問。 ここの熱烈なファンに連れられて行きました。 昔はかなり年季入った建物だったらしいのですが、今はとても綺麗な建物になっています。 ぱっと見ラーメン屋さんに見えないくらい。 入り口にはDo Asのサイン、しかも今年の。店内にも壁に直接書かれたものや色紙など、たくさんサインがありました。 お店の周りにL字に駐車スペースがあるのですが、交差点の角にお店があるのでかなり入れにくいし空き待ちもしづらいです。すぐ近くにアスパムという商業施設があるので、混んでいるときはそこに入れてくる人もいるようです。 お昼を過ぎていたからか、店内は混んではいたけど待ちなしで入店できました。 入店すると、右手奥に男の人が座っていて、そこで最初に注文します。この人が社長さんなんだそう。 メニューは大・中とおにぎりのみ。 中でもかなりボリュームあります。他のお店の大盛りくらいあるんじゃないかな。 注文して支払いすると、プラスチックの番号札を渡されます。札を持って席で待っていると、ラーメンが運ばれてくるというスタイル。 麺は結構太めのストレートで、少し芯が残った状態で出てくるので歯応えがあります。食べても食べても中々減らない。好きな人にはこれも至福の時間なんだろうなあ。 味は、今までに食べたことのある煮干しラーメンとは全く別物。最初はあっさりしすぎ？と思いましたが、食べているうちに遠くの方から煮干しが追いかけてくる感じ。 煮干しの臭みみたいなものは全然なく透き通ったスープで、ほんの少し酸味があります。言われなかったら煮干しラーメンて気づかないかも。そんなにグルメじゃないので、私の舌がにぶいだけかもですが。 連れほどの熱量で、これがないと生きていけない！とはなりませんでしたが、他にない味なのでしばらくしたらまた食べたくなるかもなーとは思いました。 メンマ大好きなんですが、ここのは私にはしょっぱくてだめでした。

I was expecting more taste in the ramen, literally didn't taste anything at all. The bowl was big though, good service and funny guy at the cash register and reasonable price. That's why I give it a one more star but unfortunately I am afraid that I will not eat in this place again due...

It is a very simple ramen restaurant. The thicker then usual noodles gave it a good chew. The soup is seafood based with shoyu as main flavor. The charsiu is tender and porky creating a contrast to the seafood flavor. All in all the flavors are well balanced and the big bowl is...
