We stayed here as a group of 8 adults and 2 young children. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone with children or anyone who needs wheelchair access. For such a new hotel they don't have an access ramp by the door, it's just stairs. You'll have to carry your luggage up or your kids stroller. If you're in a wheel chair then you're basically screwed. We asked about a ramp but we were told they didn't have one. There appeared up be one close to the breakfast area doors but they wouldn't let anyone use it.
We ended up staying in two different room types because of a booking mishap that was our fault. The first room was two beds pushed together which was nice. The second room was just a double bed or queen bed. We all booked the same type of room but some of us got bigger beds. Also when they assisted with the room change they moved our stuff from one fridge to another but didn't turn the fridge on. My kids milk spoiled and after complaining they replaced it.
They also refused to give extra pillows after we changed rooms saying each room only gets two pillows. But on our first night each room had 4 pillows. Something seemingly so simple they could not provide
The location of the hotel isn't that great. It's close to the station that has a Daiso and a few food options but there isn't a convenient store nearby. You have to walk at least 15 minutes.
The provided breakfast isn't very good. We have had our share of Japanese Hotel breakfasts and this was the poorest. They had the same food every single day and everything was either just boiled or steamed and flavorless. They also only serve breakfast 7-9 and one morning there wasn't any seating so we had to wait.
The hotel was pretty clean and some of the staff was nice but I wouldn't...

Unfortunately there were no English language channels on TV. There was one desk with a chair. A cupboard and good sized safe which wasn't fixed to the cupboard and a fridge. ||||Wi-Fi was poor and kept on dropping in and out. I tried changing rooms but there was no improvement. ||||The hotel offered free parking and it was just over the road from the train and bus station. I was able to catch a bus from there to Tokyo Haneda airport very easily. That said, booking it was a nightmare because the bus company wouldn't take internet bookings and the hotel refused to help me reserve a seat. ||||The breakfast was ok with enough western choices such as cereal, yoghurt and croissants.
