Mt.Fuji Station — Attraction in Fujiyoshida

This was the worst station we visited in Japan. Let me explain: I lost my luggage on the train to Otsuki Station and called multiple times. After many attempts, it was finally found at Otsuki, and I was told I could pick it up on April 11th. I was given the luggage ID number. On April 11th, after a full day of train delays and detours, I arrived at Otsuki Station and was told my luggage had been forwarded to Mt. Fuji Station. This made no sense, and I wasted an entire day. I had confirmed the pickup date, had the ID number, and endured a full day of travel just to retrieve it. I asked if they could send it back to Tokyo or mail it, but was told no. I had to travel two hours to Mt. Fuji Station, where I encountered a very rude attendant who showed no interest in helping.
