ここは犬山城と城下町の天保11年(1840)8月28日(現在の暦では9月23日)、晴天の犬山祭当日の情景を復元したものが1/200スケールで展示されているのが１番の見どころです。

ここで見た模型と現在の町並みを比較してみるのもとても面白いと思います。

他にもここでは元和3年(1617)から犬山城の城主になっている成瀬家についてのことや犬山城と城下町の歴史(江戸時代の頃から)と現在について、さらに歴史文化館(展示室)で成瀬家で代々受け継がれてきた犬山城白帝文庫所有の歴史あるものも見れるのにプラスして歴史文化館(展示室)の出口近くでは宝永(宝永2年に作られたもので昭和の大修復までに天守の南側に取り付けられていたもの)と昭和(昭和39年の昭和大修復のときに新調されたもので平成29年7月12日の落雷により落下したもの)、平成(平成30年に新しく作られたもので今犬山城に取り付けられているものと一緒に作られたもののもう1対)の江戸、昭和、平成の3時代に作られた...
