Start location was accurately described and easy to locate. Overall, the tour was a great walk around a few different neighborhoods with plenty of stops.

Our tour guide, Masa, took us to a lot of fun spots, including a local market street with great quick bites! My wife said the medium fatty tuna she got at one of stands was the best she's ever had. The taiyaki at a later stop was also great.

Masa had some fun stories to tell about japanese society and the differences between Tokyo and Osaka. He carried a big binder with photos of the locations we would stop, lists of his food recommendations, and other information he shared with us throughout the walk.

One word of advice, on these free walking tours, make sure the tour guide is polite and not rude. Remember there is no obligation to "tip" if the tour guide is rude and condescending like Masa-"san" was. He was giving attitude to everyone in the group from the get go. I did not like him whatsoever and left half way through the tour. Most put him up on a pedestal thinking he is telling you secrets of Osaka but truth is you can tour and navigate Osaka safety and easily without his "services". RESPONSE TO "OWNER COMMENTS"----Truth hurts, don't be rude and condescending then, Owner Masa-"san". This is what Google reviews are for, to inform others.
