Hotel Sunlife — Hotel in Osaka

Pros: The Staff were amazing and the location is great with a few stations near by. If you don't mind a little walk all the sites are reachable and you can save on getting a train. There is a large supermarket at the end of the road (3 mins walk) which has everything and lots of food places near by too. Bathroom annd shower were great, lots of freebies :-)||||Cons: The room we had wasnt large, it was enough for my wife and myself. We didnt have a wardrobe so lived out our suitcase which wasnt a problem. The TV was all Japanese and the system was complicated and a tad dated -but no problem for us as we spent most of the time outdoors. Breakfast was not the bes and not worth the extra in my opinion. We opted to pop down one of the many stores within 10-15 mins walk...

I was supposed to check in at 15:00, but I couldn't check in after 15:30 because the room hadn't been cleaned.People in the other rooms were still unable to enter the room, and the reception was full of people.There was also a live performance at the Kyocera Dome on that day, so I should have known in advance that there would be a lot of reservations...There was no particular apology when I checked out, and I was told only that there was no payment.The building is old and can't be said to be beautiful, but it was a hotel that didn't have any particular problems if it was just for sleeping, but I don't think I'll use it again because the attention...
