I was on the way to the zoo with my family by subway. We are tourists. We are a family of four adults and two 3-year-old kids. On the 12th, a young man working at Exit 1 and 2 this morning. It was very unkind. When leaving Nippon-Bashi Station, I passed the gas pass under the direction of the staff who asked me to pass quickly without any guidance. After passing, we arrived at Tobuetsenmae Station using the Sakais Line and were about to pass through the ticket gate, and the staff stopped us from going. Since it was our first trip to Japan, we had no choice but to not know because we had never used a gas pass. First of all, we apologized for not knowing. However, this unkind young staff member said through an interpreter, 'Why are you passing through here as you please?' We repeatedly said sorry, but the staff's guidance was not delivered properly and we were offended because it was too blunt. We received an interpreter who said, 'Why don't you do what we are told to do when we are trying to solve the problem?' When the problem was almost solved, I threw my phone on the floor with a "tap!" and the password I had written down was erased. I told him not to do it with an angry look on my face, but I finally heard him say sorry. Of course, I understand his situation because it's a place where a lot of tourists pass by. But isn't it people and people? Wouldn't it be very upsetting if he was treated the same way when he visited another country? If you're reading this article now, is he just that good of a person? If this doesn't fit you, you'd better take...

It is a little tricky to buy the tickets from the vending machine as you would need the platform ticket (JR) and the limited express ticket (can choose non reserved seating or reserved seating).
You will need 2 tickets to board the Haruka train to airport. Insert the 2 train tickets into the gates for boarding and remember to keep the tickets as the train conductor onboard will check.
If you have an IC card, you will only need the limited express ticket (I have not tried this route so I don't know what is the process when...
Read moreThis JR station is beside the larger Abenobashi station. While not as big as the other train stations in Osaka, it has a lot of places to visit, shop and eat at! The exit of the station doesn't look too impressive when you first step out, but if you go around the corner you will find a lot of shops, a little MIO mall and elevators to lots of nice restaurants. This is also the station to take the JR Kansai airport express train. Free if you have a JR Pass!!! So if you have enough time, look around and shop/eat before flying away. It's probably a bit cheaper here than at...
