We had a very bad experience in the shop. We went to the shop today, we chose a few items to try on and passed those we liked to the staff to keep for us until payment. After we paid, we discovered that they charged us an item we did not choose and at the same time missed out a few items that we picked. We told them the problem, they originally do not want to refund due to no return policy, but finally accepted because that is purely their mistake. (The problem happened because they did not show the items before the payment and packed).
