炭焼・寿し処 炙屋 大通ビッセ店 -Charcoal grill and Sushi ABURIYA Odori bisse- — Restaurant in Sapporo

I recently visited 炭焼・寿し処 炙屋 大通ビッセ店 with a group of friends based on the positive reviews, but I'm afraid I cannot recommend this restaurant.

We arrived around 7pm and placed our full order with the help of a native Japanese-speaking companion. The waitstaff, 高🏠敷, took down our complete order. However, after nearly an hour of waiting, we only received our drinks and sashimi. It became clear that 高🏠敷 had failed to submit the full order.

When 高🏠敷 realized her mistake, she provided a barely sincere apology and made zero effort to make amends or ensure we had a better experience. At no point did the staff wave our drinks, offer any complimentary items, or demonstrate they were willing to take responsibility.

This was an extremely disappointing experience, as we were excited to try the highly rated dishes. Instead, we were left feeling frustrated and with an unfinished meal. A refund or complimentary meal would have been an appropriate gesture, but the staff did not offer anything to regain our trust.

Based on our service experience, I cannot recommend 炭焼・寿し処 炙屋 大通ビッセ店. I hope the management takes steps to improve the training and accountability of...

Stumbled upon this great place at Odori station after a morning of shopping while visiting Sapporo. It was predominantly office workers on the weekday lunch that we were there. The environment was very comfortable.

We were so impressed at the excellent value of their tasty lunch sets (2000-3000 jpy) that we reserved dinner for the next day as well. The hostess remembered us from the day before and gave us an excellent window seat overlooking Odori park (we had requested a window seat since we were in one of their private rooms for lunch the day before).

My 9yr old son found the seafood gratin to be perfection. Although dinner was not as much of a bargain as lunch, we recommend the "appetizer dish for 2" which was absolutely delicious. Could probably be enough if ordered for a single person when paired with their excellent "mixed rice". Everything we tried...

The restaurant offers excellent service and a beautiful view. The employee, whose name I believe is Narako, was very attentive and respectful. He noticed we were Muslims (from the hijab) and kindly informed us that some dishes contained pork.
