There is a middle aged lady with glasses that answers questions in an impatient way e.g. taps her finger nails on the table for questions that I asks once and I wasn't repeating questions. The elderly man was very nice and helpful. The place is great to collect information e g. Maps and bus schedules. You can also pay for tickets using credit card because other wise, when paying on the bus be prepared to have exact cash and no change given!
