I bought something online and it came with a paper receipt. When I wanted to return the product in the store they said I needed a receipt because they can’t accept the internet receipt. They had me on their system as buying it but they refused to take it because they don’t want to pay for transporting it to their warehouse. I was told to call the warehouse. I asked them if there was someone who can help me with the call because my Japanese is not good. They refused.

This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

It’s really ironic that they are a technology store yet they don’t believe in e-receipts.

I called and they did not have anyone who speaks English (the person at the store said there would be). They also want me to pay for the shipping cost. Unbelievable.
