There is English text at the bottom 当家のmicが入院し参拝。 動物病院で面会したらmicのプライドは安全で安心しました。 「市谷亀岡八幡宮」 元々は、江戸城を築城した太田道灌が江戸城西の守護神として鎌倉の鶴岡八幡宮の分霊を市谷御門の中にお祀りしており、徳川幕府から篤く信仰されていました。後の大火により生類憐みの令で知られる三代将軍徳川家光や桂昌院などの寄進を受けて現在の市谷八幡町に再興された神社です。 動物を大切にした家光の寄進もあり、動物のお祓い、ご祈祷、ペット用御守も用意されています。参拝される方は、ペット同伴でいらっしゃる方など、様々です。

「八幡宮からの注意換気」 注意が必要なのは、「境内ではなるべくペットを抱いて参拝してください」というお願いが告知されていましたので、せめてこの場所だけでも、良きお心にてご配慮をお忘れなく。

After a major fire, the shrine was rebuilt in its current location in Ichigaya Hachimancho with donations from the third shogun Tokugawa Iemitsu, known for the Edict for Compassion for Living Things, and Keishoin. Thanks to donations from Iemitsu, who valued animals, exorcisms for animals, prayers, and pet amulets are also available. There are many different types of visitors, including those who come with pets.
