I feel like I just saw something I wasn’t supposed to. My friends and I noticed a group of 5 guys with gigantic bags clearing out the blue lock machines 40 minutes before closing. I thought they might have some crazy skills but when I went over to observe, I could not believe my eyes. 4 employees were, I kid you not, literally refilling the machines AS they were playing with assembly line level efficiency WITH THE WINDOWS OPEN!! It was absurd to watch. They had literally taken all of the most popular characters. One guy had 50+ Nagi plushies in his bag and they left a bed of unpopular characters like Kunigami and Bachira behind. I watched 20 Rin plushies go by in a minute and asked one of the employees if I could play before they ran out. I was told that they guys were “lined up until the end of the night” and no one else could use the machines. The plushies were super cute with cat ears, so I was very bummed :(
When I asked another employee if there was some way to reserve a spot in line like those guys, she seemed confused and went to ask them what was going on. The guys all immediately left and the employees took all of the boxes of replacement plushies off of the floor and turned the machines off. After paying 500jpy on my digital wallet and playing 2 rounds, the machine wouldnt let me play a 3rd round. Asked miss.紫郎 for assistance and she was totally impatient. She said I should've checked the screen to confirm it shows 3 rounds after paying 500jpy and it was not their company's fault. She initially refused to let me play another round or to even provide a refund of the extra 100jpy I paid. I showed her my proof of payment to support my case, she continued to blame me for not checking the machine's screen even though it was their machine's fault. Glad that eventually she relented and said she would do it just this one time and rudely said she wont do it again.
I'm sorry she had to work on 1Jan but also her emotions shouldn't have been passed along to a paying customer. Happy new...
