I didn't receive a fair service from the employee.... There was an English speaking man before me in the payment counter, and the employee gave him smile + talk nicely... But when it was my turn, the face changed.. she looks unhappy.. I spoke Japanese, and I think my accent could tell that I am not a Japanese.. I don't know the reason behind... The only question I asked was whether QUO card can be used, and she said only the APP. I never had this experience in other tsutaya stores, so I think is the employee problem... So I gave only 1 star for it, the other 1 star is Tsutaya (environment, location) as a whole ~ Also, the employee didn't ask whether I have the T-point card, and I have forgotten to show them. I did forget sometimes which store is using which point system... I think Tsutaya have to re-train the employee in the Nakameguro store ..
