Odaiba Aomi Area R Sector — Attraction in Tokyo

The show itself was great. Our family enjoys the performing arts so we were intrigued the whole time. Held my breathe a couple of times when the acrobats were flying around. Music is memorable too. I liked that the band stepped out to play and the lady was singing.

Plenty of toilet stalls available. Not dirty at all.

Stay away from the food and drinks. Got a small popcorn, pretzel bag, 1 churro, and three sodas was just over ¥3,000. What?! On top of that the soda was watered down. They planned for the intermission rush by pre pouring the ice and soda so all of the cups were already sitting out and melting. They don’t check your bags upon entering...

It was a little bit too warm in the tent. We did the 1130 show. There are no cup holders so good luck. Try for center stage if available. We sat at Gate 1 and I feel like we missed some things. We saw booster seats and blankets available at the info desk. Not sure if there’s a fee.

Plenty of parking literally next to the tent. That lot opens at 1000. We arrived earlier and parked at the lot a little further. Both are ¥1,500 flat rate.

The performers were amazing. Only giving this a 4 star because of the venue operation. The voice at intermission said that we could take photos at the end when told to, but only with a mobile phone. The cast bowed and bowed. There was never a voice that came on and said we could take photos. So that was a little confusing.

I thought we were supposed to dress up a little nicer, but it’s really low standard. Wear whatever....

Amazing performance as always from Cirque du Soliel! It's not as dramatic (in terms of the music and story) as some of the previous shows I've seen, but it has a continuous light-hearted mood with constant surprises and breathtaking moments where you can only wonder "how is that humanly possible!?" To imagine how hard these artists and performers train themselves and maintain in top condition in order to perform like this, it's very hard not to respect and admire them. I definitely recommend it...

このアレグリアやシルク・ドゥ・ソレイユの概要は以下となります♪

●アレグリアとは アレグリアとはスペイン語で「喜び」を表し、この公演は喜びと希望を胸に「新たなる光」をがテーマ。 世界最高峰のサーカス・エンターテインメント集団「シルク・ドゥ・ソレイユ」による5年ぶりの日本公演。 シルク史上最も愛された伝説のショー「アレグリア」が更なる進化を遂げて蘇ります。

チケットはあらかじめネットでSS席を予約して入手していました。

最寄駅は、ゆりかもめ青海駅や台場駅、りんかい線東京テレポート駅で、それぞれ徒歩約5分〜20分となります。

会場は大きな青色と黄色のテントの中で開催でしたね。 入口近くには記念撮影コーナーもあり、スマホ置きがあって、そこでタイマー自撮りもできるのは秀逸でしたね♪

開演30分前から会場に入場できますが、その前にかなり広いロビーでお土産品や、ドリンク・食べ物を買って、会場内で頂くことも可能でした。

協賛がダイハツ工業なので、ダイハツの軽自動車も展示されていましたね♪

そして会場内に入ります♪ 我々はCブロック17列だったので、比較的正面から見えやすい良い席でした♪

公演は、素晴らしい生演奏や生歌の中でサーカスが繰り広げられかなり素晴らしかったですね♪

特にジャグリングのスピードはかなり速いですし、空中ブランコなどは迫力がありました♪ そしてサーカスとサーカスの合間にはピエロたち？による面白い悲しくもあるコントも広げられかなり楽しめましたね。

なお、フィナーレは写真撮影等可能となったのは良かったですね♪

念願のシルク・ドゥ・ソレイユのアレグリアは想像以上に感...
