so i bought a shoes and the staff asked me the mode of payment and i told her i'll use "debit card".she asked me what's the debit card and i explained it to her but still insist me that they're only accepting credit card.i told her its the same thing it's just the payment in the card company differs but she dont believe me until i really get mad and told her to just give it a try.The payment was successful and her chin was still up and wasn't apologizing at all for delaying me and didn't say arigatou for buying items from them.she felt so proud being so ignorant about things.pls.educate your staff!!!!!! the whole divers city's accepting debit card but your store refused it because it's not a credit card?!...

We went to your store at Divercity and bought two pairs of shoes for the kids. Selections were great however we were left with extreme disappointment with your very rude staff (both from the sales team and the cashier).
